item is taking much longer than expected. Ordered over a week ago and still says "to be processed"

The pictures arrived perfectly packed and on time! I ordered quickly in hopes I would get them for an event at my home. I am thrilled! They completely make the room! I haven't hung them yet but I have put them in the rooms that they need to be in :). After reading reviews and the return policy I felt I have nothing to lose! I am so grateful I took a chance!

Placed an order over a week ago. Trying to get an update was a nightmare. Finally got through to a person but they were nowhere close to shipping the item. No updates were received which would have been nice. Canceled order.
Update: Received refund. Never did hear from this company, despite in their reply they say they sent me a message.

I ordered a couple of guitar abstract canvases for my guitar room and both were exactly as described...even nicer than i thought they would be. Also, they delivered a lot quicker than initially promised which was a very nice surprise.

This was our first purchase from Elephant Stock and we couldn't be more pleased. We ordered a large 5 foot square piece. There was an issue with the frame. Contacted customer service and they resolved the issue right away. We were impressed with the quick response and attention to make things right. This was a perfect 60th bday gift for my husband. I took some pictures from our favorite vacation spot and had them blown up, matted and framed. They are beautiful. Quality is amazing. This was my first order and won't be my last.
