LOVE the picture we got from Elephant Stock. It was great to be able to actually see the picture in the room when I ordered with a feature on the website that enabled this. The quality and value for your money was great. The picture we ordered was custom made for our space and was thoughtfully packed to arrive with no problems. Will order again from this company.

I have ordered two pieces of artwork from this site and they both are stunning. Very high quality artwork, gorgeous floating frames, easy to hang, and packaged well for shipping. I HIGHLY recommend Elephant Stock if you are looking to upgrade your space.

I ordered a framed print on 3/12/25, fully expecting it to arrive in a reasonable time period as this was the second of a very recent order which I received without issue in 8 days. After 8 days since placing this second-and problematic-order, the tracking indicated that my order had not yet even been processed. As it was intended as a gift which I needed by 3/22/25, I emailed customer support and requested a cancelation. I received no response, so called the next day and verbally canceled the order. The heavily accented rep told me that the order fulfillment was delayed because they ran out of the type of framing I ordered. Nobody from the company had bothered to notify me of this, even after I had emailed them the first time on 3/19/25 asking why my order had not processed yet. She said that she had successfully canceled the order and I would be receiving a refund. I had paid via PayPal and am aware that when a refund is issued to PayPal that I get a prompt email (generated by PayPal) informing of such. After 24 hours with no email communication from Elephant Stock or PayPal, and after reading numerous reviews from other customers who never got resolution to any type of issues with their orders, I realized that this company fully intended to ignore my request. I initiated a dispute with PayPal and in less than hour I received communication from both PayPal and Elephant Stock stating my refund was issued.
However, it has yet to appear as a pending deposit on my bank account, so until that happens, I will believe it when I actually have the money. I have also since discovered multiple claims filed with the Better Business Bureau against this company. Had I bothered to do my homework and investigated Elephant Stock BEFOREHAND, I never would have done business with them.

Love my purchase. Beautiful and peaceful which is what I wanted. Easy to hang and made a great addition to my living room. I will definitely consider purchasing from you again if I am looking for wall art.

Love it! It’s a little more blue than pictured, however looks great in my foyer! I had a wonderful ordering experience and it arrived on time!

Found it (perfect color matching I wanted with my bedroom accent pillows). Ordered it (super simple and reasonably priced). Waited for it (not long). Got it (shipping condition was flawless). Loved it (better quality than I expected, frankly). Hung it (not physically, yet, but in my head).

Our artwork arrived, and once again we are just so pleased. From ordering to opening up our packages, this has been a very smooth transaction. The quality is great, and the variety is unbelievable!

The idea of a personalized gift for a wedding couple or anniversary is a great one. My experience with Elephant Stock was not a good one and I would probably not order from them again. I had an upcoming wedding and wanted to gift the couple a personalized pushpin map for them to map their travels. I had several issues with this company. First, the delivery date indicated it would arrive prior to the wedding date. But after placing the order it was over a week before anything showed that the item had shipped. I had to email several times before it was acknowledged that it had shipped and arriving the Saturday before the wedding on Monday. Then, when it arrived I opened the box to remove any packing slip or invoice that may have the price and discovered that no push pins were included. That’s the whole point of the gift! I had to run to Office Depot and buy regular push pins so that I could wrap the gift for a wedding within 36 hours. When I reached out to Elephant Stock they said that I had to take a photo of the item before they would ship the push pins. Needless to say, I was about to ask the bride to take a photo after I gave it to her. I offered to take a photo of the Office Depot receipt and they never responded. With so many other sites offering similar items, this experience didn’t inspire confidence in using them again.
