The Customer Service is awesome! Quick and Easy, also the refund was very quick too!

The website itself is good too, it offers a lot of useful tools and the subscriptions aren't expensive neither.

They have great free services but after you use them once, the site just automatically blocks your account after few days.

Many people said it's a spam filter. What spam are they filtering? It literally does the opposite and forces me create new accounts every time because one. This is probably to inflate the user count to attract investors.

Imagine buying their credits, and you're blocked out generating anything few days later. If you want me find an alternative just say so. Never paying these guys again. Bunch of scammers.

I tried their "free trial" experience but could not generate a clip without paying. So in good faith, I bought a subscription, created a video, and it was all wrong. In order to fix it, the system took almost all my credits for the month to regenerate the video and it came out even worse. I was dissatisfied, so requested a cancellation and refund. I have not received one. I tried to delete my workspace and got caught in a loop of verifying the action by clicking on an email link and being sent back to the website to log in, and start all over again (3 times). All was reported to customer service and they say that the AI system would determine if I am eligible for a refund (it said no). Beware this website, you are at the mercy of a sub-par function, and you will be taken for a ride due to the low quality product.

This company has been charging my account for services I never used and never authorized. I repeatedly asked them — by phone and by email — to stop charging my card, but they ignored every request.
I left an honest review describing my experience. If you check the dates of the reviews before mine, you’ll understand exactly what I’m talking about.

After I posted my review on Trustpilot asking them to stop the unauthorized charges, they still continued billing my credit card for almost a full year. I never approved these charges.
I’m sharing this so other consumers can be aware and check their statements carefully. Many people might not notice small recurring charges, and that’s how companies like this get away with it.
Please read the reviews and judge for yourself. My experience has been extremely negative, and I believe other customers deserve to know.

Your team's support in finding a solution was fantastic.

I had professional voice cloning done. Since I was a new member, I shared my voice before the process was complete. However, I later realized that the voice quality was poor, preventing it from being approved and completing all the AI ​​training processes.

This would have rendered my work inefficient. But because I shared my voice, 6 users had actually only used about 1000 characters of my voice. Your team granted me an additional slot if I removed my voice from the sharing list.

It was a professional approach. Thank you.

The "Professional Voice Clone" requires endless verifications that never work.
The "instant Voice" does not generate sound (so not so "instant" at all.
The Support is AI replying with generic nonesense.

The one star is because withing the 14 days they give you a refund. (I asked for the refund the next day)

Super Impressed

I'm a solo founder building Run Fun, a voice-coached iOS app for runners using
ElevenLabs Conversational AI with * as the LLM backend.

On April 1 I filed a support ticket asking ElevenLabs to enable Anthropic
prompt caching (cache_control) for Claude API calls inside their Conversational
AI platform. Without it, my coaching sessions were burning ~* each on
redundant re-processing of an identical 15K-token system prompt — roughly the
difference between viable and unsustainable unit economics for a solo founder.

I expected the standard "we've forwarded this to engineering" response. Instead,
Quang acknowledged the request on April 7 and confirmed the feature was live on
April 9. Eight business days from substantive request to shipped platform
feature. I cannot overstate how rare that is.

I verified it on a test session the next day: 335K cached tokens, $* LLM
cost vs ~$*+ uncached. 83% reduction. Live production now runs at roughly
40% cache hit rate (~$*/hr LLM vs ~$*/hr uncached baseline) with clear
headroom toward the industry ceiling once we tune our prompt locality.

What I appreciated specifically:
- Treated a feature request like a feature request, not a bug deflection
- Quang's communication stayed clear and non-deflecting throughout
- They shipped what they said they'd ship, on a fast timeline
- The savings are real and verifiable in their own dashboard

Run Fun launches publicly June 1, 2026. This feature is part of what made

Image to video is poor quality. $30 and over 3 hours wasted on pointless credits.

Support couldn't care less.

I was accused, falsely, of violating their terms and asked for an explanation and received none. I decided to cancel and go elsewhere it’s a shame really as I quite liked the service. They should improve customer service and look into complaints as I believe I didn't violate any terms. Luckily, however, there are some equally good alternatives.

Developing products with ElevenLabs has been a game changer for my startup. It allows us to provide cutting edge solutions in platforms and whatsapp that we never thought were possible.

Terrible voice generation.

Constantly changes the voices between preview and generate (inexplicably adding a British accent to American voices, etc) and drastically changing the voices between models, so that you are constantly regenerating and wasting credits.

Interface sucks and is complicated to use.

Voice quality is all over the place. Some are distorted or have audible hiss, some are almost too quiet to hear.

This is honestly the worst voice AI I've used. It blocked my account just for being logged in on two different browsers on the same device, which is ridiculous. On top of that, the results are nowhere near as good as they claim in their marketing. It's not useful at all for regular work. I definitely don't recommend it.

Kris went out of the way to resolve the grants issue and helped us figure out a problem around the currency not updating!

This is without doubt the worst Ai text to speech company I have found. Great at taking your money when you dont want them to. Lousy at EVERYTHING else. The software is amazingly complicated and simply doesn't work. No matter what you do, the software Ai narration is full of glitches that dont clear up if you try every remedy. Even with plain text with no hidden formatting, the voice can not cope. Zero customer service. Wont speak to any customer, doesn't respond to emails or completed online forms. Ai help voice is little better than useless. Is programmed to answer questions Elevenlabs want asked, nothing else at all. The worst online Ai experience I have had. No doubt they will respond here, saying they have spoken to me or communicated. Take that with a pinch of salt. My advice......Go Elsewhere. Dont waste your money. PS. They did finally communicate when I cancelled.....what a surprise!....

I got accurate answers to my questions in reasonable time.
