Fantastic product and great support from the sales team as well. We loved our first firepit so much we bought 3 more!

After a friend demonstrating his Eco FUEGO we just had to buy one! Ordered online but I made a mistake so emailed & within no time Tim phoned me & sorted out my problem with ease , we received the Fire pit & love it we will be advising all our friends & family to purchase on, great product

Eco fuego is a great product and being able to get the‘candles’ delivered is fab. The citronella’s make a nice change - certainly better that woodsmoke 🔥

There was some damage to the fire pit upon arrival sadly, but I didn’t need to worry as my phone call was answered straight away and the damaged part replaced quickly and efficiently. Great, fun product and incredibly helpful and nice people. A perfect addition to the garden and all the enjoyment of a fire, without the need to clean out after use.

The product is excellent .

Haven't used the product yet, but it arrived well packed with clear instructions. They lost 2 stars for not holding back the delivery a few days as requested (and confirmed in an email). This meant my husband took in the delivery, and it was a surprise present for him. As the box is branded on all sides apart from the base- surprise ruined.

Absolutely love it for the patio, the flame is impressive and with a lot less smoke

Very happy with this product. We were looking for a fire pit for our new garden. We didn’t want to deal with the hassle of burning wood so we had very few options. Ethanol was a definitely no as we already tried and hated the smell.

This ecofuego pits are amazing. Very ingenious solution. Love the height of the flames and the warmth they produce. Amazing for the chilly summer nights. Can’t wait to try in winter.

They can potentially do so many things with this idea!!!

I bought the larger model and there was no cover on the Site shop. I queried it on line and Tim said it was back on the Shop. I looked and it was the smaller version. I contacted Tim again but no reply. Pretty poor as he is the main man !

We were delivered a completely different design fire pit to the one I’d ordered. We were not informed at any point only when I called did they confirm supplier had supplied different design. We have arranged return and refund and will unfortunately have to start our purchase all over with a different provider.
