Majority of my pots are not working on…

Majority of my pots are not working on the induction (although they were working perfectly on the induction of other producers. Also it seems that it is not cooking all the time even - it is accelerating a bit and slowing down all the time.

First time of ordering a replacement…

First time of ordering a replacement part from this company. Very easy to find what I needed, order and pay online. Part came from abroad, and was delivered by UPS to my local pick-up point. Very convenient.

nikola tesla flame

Three years ago I bought an Elica Nicola Tesla Flame hob with integrated extractor hood. After three years the hood switch broke, which of course can happen (but still its too soon). What amazes me is that despite trying to look premium, Elica has poor service and no one knows how to service it, there is practically no authorized service and relevant spare parts. i am sorry but with this politicy, you just want to be a 'premium product mark'. EDIT: they responded to the review. they replied that I should write the country. considering that the reviews are via trustpilot, where it is not possible to continue the conversation, I am writing their requirements here. the country of purchase is Slovakia. I contacted the service via the official website, where I was offered a phone number for a technician, who said that with the company elica it is for a long time and success is not guaranteed. I have several appliances of different brands, but if I take, for example, bosch, then after contacting the service, a technician will come there and solve the problem in a few days.

Love everything about it

Transportation was slow and the package…

Transportation was slow and the package went to the main post office althoug there is closer mail offices closer to me. I feel that this is how you save transportation costs but forget the client who felt annoyed.

Poor Customer Service & Poor Product

After purchasing an expensive island mounted extractor unit from them, the USB rechargeable remote that came with the item was faulty. This was replaced, then within 12 months, the second remote failed. I was then told to purchase a new one at a cost of £90.00
This unit has again failed and their customer service team seem to give very little regarding to an item that is obviously faulty. I would strongly suggest you look else where for extraction units if interested.

Great design, but terrible functionality and support

I bought the Elica Hidden 2.0 primarily for its aesthetics, and that is where the positives end. The controls are completely unintuitive. If you turn on the first speed, you can't just switch it off—you have to cycle through the second, third, and fourth speeds before it finally shuts down.
Furthermore, the Wi-Fi feature is non-existent. My phone detects the device as "elica-test," and it simply doesn’t work. I’ve reached out to official support in both Russia and Italy dozens of times over the past year, but I’ve received zero help. I paid a premium for smart features that do not work. I am extremely disappointed with this purchase.

Thank you for your response, but I have already contacted your Customer Care through the official channels and shared all the required photos and information.

If you are genuinely willing to help, I would expect you to review my existing case and emails instead of repeatedly asking me to contact you again. I already followed your process and received a negative response after 5 days, with no attempt to identify the model from images or suggest any alternative solution.

Simply asking me to repeat the same steps does not resolve the issue.

I’ve shared this review to help other customers make informed decisions before purchasing. I am still open to a resolution, but it requires a proper review of my case rather than generic responses.

The light cover of the extractor fan is terrible

The light cover of the extractor fan is of terrible quality - they fell off 3 or 4 times in a year.

Our retailer is kind of to provide replacements the first 2 times. Now they're not willing to do it anymore and they said the manufacture believe this kind of fall-off is due to installation issue and they have no solution to buy 65+ euro per pair from them.
