I sent details of my remote

I sent details of my remote, serial numbers, photos, replacement remote is not compatible with my extractor fan. I have mailed twice this cost me £80 and is useless. Not had a response.

Ridiculously expensive for a…

Ridiculously expensive for a replacement button that hasn't worked properly since buying it must cost less than a Euro to make - €146 for one small plastic button!! The delivery has been very slow with minimal updates and still no confirmation of delivery a week later. Would avoid for spares!!

technical defect

Some of the parts supplied have a technical defect: the brackets used to attach the kit to the hood include a captive nut that has been installed the wrong way around. As a result, assembly with the hood is impossible.

What do I do now?

The vent is purchased has been stuck together with badly administered tap???? And does not insert into additional piece as mentioned in booket. What do I do now????? Each piece was recommended to purchase to attach the hob to external extractor and they do not fit?

I was able to order the exact replacement filter part even though I have the hob filter unit 20 years. Delivery was as per indicated as the product was shipped from the Uk to Dublin. Excellent service.

An excellent reliable company to deal with.

Damaged Product and Box Upon Delivery

On September 25, 2025, I placed an order on the Elica online store. The order was delivered yesterday via DHL, and both the box and the product are extremely damaged.
Not only was the transportation careless, but the packaging by Elica also did not take into account the material being transported.

I immediately contacted Elica's official support, attaching photographic evidence of the damages. I received a response stating that they had received my request and that my reference number is [E134110C]. However, to date, I have not received any further response from Elica.

I had to buy a pert for 30 euro and also need more tubing to go to external wall vent
This is not good enough whern paying over 2k for the hob !!

Although my experience with Elica was…

Although my experience with Elica was fantastic unfortunately the mesh filter was slightly too big for my extractor . My extractor is 18 years old and I am finding it impossible to get a mesh filter to fit it. I am away now so don’t know if it’s possible to return it when I come back in December.
