Brilliant service as always everything lining up as it should. 2nd time using these boys never had problem with there work. Don’t go past them

I read the review on here (and on google) but regrettably ignored it after visiting their kitchen showroom, No.31 in Solihull where I received great customer service. I was only looking to purhcase a worktop for my already fully fitted kitchen. A date was arranged for templating and I was told that there was a turnaround time of 7 days between templating and fitting. My worktop was templated following which I called to arrange a date for fitting. However the person I needed to speak to was unavailable and I was told I would receive a call back, but I didn't. I called back the following week on a daily basis to be told exactly the same thing. I then got to Friday and I was told to "pencil in" the following Friday as my fitting date (two weeks after my templating date). When I finally spoke to the lady who was dealing with my order she was completely reluctant to discuss potential dates and times for the fitting to the point where she (as permitted by her manager) withdrew from fitting my worktop, leaving me with no worktop a month before Christmas. This leaves me to believe that the worktop had not been made in the first place. I was given a full refund on my deposit however the stress and inconvenience caused was unbelievable. Do not use this company, you will regret it!

Avoid this company at all cost, I had to chase them at every stage of the process and their communication and customer service is awful. I even spoke to the owner in the end as I wasn't getting anywhere but he was extremely rude and couldn't care less. Do yourself a favour and avoid this company and use another fitter.
