Terrible ghost town. I've had more conversations on free sites. Sadly dont waste your money. So many lonely people being scammed by date sites its sad really and something should be done to regulate them.

I paid serious money to join this site. Shared my life and my thoughts with women who were entirely fictional. There are no checks and it’s riddled with lies. I chatted with three women, two of whom were entirely fictional. You share your life with a liar and then they try to extort money. Totally unregulated snd a horror. They will exploit your vulnerability and chase money. Don’t use it

This is an aweful dating site. Dont touch it with a barge pole. The only two people I started a conversation with ended up being scammers. The preferences that you filled in regarding your matches like distance from you were completely ignored. I got matched from hundreds of miles away and even from the US.
Don't waste your money!

Elite singles is a scam. I paid £140 up front to join for a year - no shorter time options. But if you go to silver singles you get exactly the same web site and dates for free.

The worst date company ever. No customer service, no technical support. Link to change password broken. Scammers!

I found Elite Singles a waste of time. It was difficult to reach customer service when I realized I had my last name on the profile. I had to go through another site that registered complaints. Another person on Elite Singles said, on his profile, that he was unable to change his age due to a mistake, as there was a glitch and no one to reach out to.

They automatically renewed me for another 6 months when I thought the feature to renew was turned off. There is little interaction on the site unlike Zoosk which I am trying now. I went into the section to message 2 men I was not matched with but never heard back. I would imagine Elite Singles kept their profiles but they were not even interested in meeting someone (or maybe not interested in my profile but I guess the former based on the little interaction on this site).

I had someone hack my phone after I told him to stop texting me throughout the day as I was at work. I thought he would call me. Now, I use google voice. Elite Singles did reach out and told me he was removed with intent to defraud.

I think for the money this dating site is very poor. The interface isn’t good and the matches are highly limited. For the cost of it in my view, dont waste your time or money.

Absolute waste of money. Please don't use this site. I wish I'd read the reviews before I did. So called matches are miles away and no search facility. Utter rubbish.

I paid £168 for six months in July 2024. I set the distance to 50 miles. Most of the matches were far beyond this. Strange how almost all of the women had top degrees. I received no replies from any of them. Today I have asked for a refund and they have agreed. Who is running this site in plain sight putting fake profiles of women on, it's clearly fraud.

I would have liked to give zero only that wasn't an option. I agree with every comment made by others on this site - there has to be something seriously wrong where 93% of reviewers give 1 star!! They are an exploitative organisation who do not make it clear that the only matches you ever get are the ones that are selected by them (and probably a computer) and bear little or no resemblance to what myself and the other 93% believe are acceptable matches. They also dried up very quickly so I do not think they have sufficient matches to provide a reasonable prospect of you finding any match let alone a suitable one. Total rip off. I also feel like contacting trading standards

I sincerely hope that others contemplating signing up with this organisation take the time to read these reviews so they can avoid wasting their time and money.

Terrible site. Drip fed about a dozen people a day (sometimes less) some of whom live miles away and the one person I was matched with turned out to be a scammer. I cancelled my membership because I found a partner without their help and they then took another 6 months subscription from me. I’m currently trying to get this refunded, but if I don’t I’ll be making a complaint to trading standards. Do not go on this site.

Spent 30 minutes writing a bio, only to find I had to pay £28 to join in order to see profile photos. Not even matches! Just to see actual photos of the opposite sex! Poor!

When I asked their help to delete my account and data that I added only a day before, they told me to send a copy of my passport or driving licence to their 'customer care' (ha!) team in Germany.

Obviously I didn't as it seems like a scam (they didn't need ID to set it up and I hadn't got as far a subscription). Very worrying as they already have personal data that could be passed on for marketing purposes.

Wish I'd read more reviews first as it seems there are lots of issues and a major data breach in the past.

ETA: after I replied to them to say it sounded like a scam and posting this, Elite found they were able to delete my account after all...

BE CAREFUL OF THESE THEIVES ..... I used the free trial period, then decided that the site was not for me. Even after cancelling on the website and deleting the app, they charged my credit card again. After having my bank cancel the transaction, this company simply charged me again, three days later. I then contacted my bank again and cancelled the second payment. This company have now charged me a years membership on my debit card ! They are Scammers ... Thieves ... unethical ... even after you cancel - twice !

Steer clear of this Service - take heed of the ratings on trust pilot it is 1 star for good reason. They extorted an additional 3 months from me despite my attempts to cancel. They are ultimately underhanded and misleading in their business practices. Almost feels like a criminal scam.

Just don’t waste you money. Nothing remotely Elite about the clientele on this site. The process is dreadful too. 👎

They blocked my account for no reason. I've only been using it for one month. I paid for a six-month subscription. But they blocked me, took the money, and blocked access to my account. I wrote to them on the website, they don't answer me.
