The house was perfect
The house was perfect! The area was nice and close to a lot of food and shopping places. The neighborhood was quiet and had a playground for the kids. The pool even had floaties and balls already so it saved us a lot of time and money. I will not hesitate on booking with Elite homes in the future!!!

Nice home but it was in disrepair. Note enough cooking stuff and glasses. A lot of things were broken.

We are very happy you had a great week with us, and we are so grateful to host your stay for 7-nights! Our goal is to provide outstanding service and value for an incredible Orlando vacation. Your helpful comments are much appreciated, and your feedback will help us to improve our product and service.
Please accept our apology for the inconvenience you experienced with the swimming pool. Our swimming pools are serviced once a week, however, sometimes after a hard rain or windy day, the pool may need extra attention. In these cases, a team member will be sent to address any concerns.
Regrettably, our records do not show a request for the pool to be cleaned. I truly wish we had the opportunity to address this for you, while you were staying with us, and hope you will accept our sincerest apology for the inconvenience.
We are grateful to have had the opportunity to host your stay and wish to see you again in the future.
