I opted for the DHI method, which promised precision and minimal scarring. The procedure itself was surprisingly comfortable. The team was incredibly attentive, checking in with me constantly and making sure I felt relaxed. It took several hours, but I was entertained with music, snacks, and even a Netflix binge session mid-procedure.

After years of suffering, I decided to have surgery in November 2024. Everything went smoothly, and the deep sleep method was excellent. The team was very friendly and competent. My stay at the clinic was very good; I would do it again in a heartbeat. Thank you for that. The result in the front area is already great after nine months; the tonsure can still mature a bit. That takes up to 16 months because the blood flow to the back of the head is poor. Still, it's no comparison to before. Sure, it itched at times and felt a slight burning sensation, but it was all bearable. Products like aloe vera and the shampoo are great. Does it really change your life for the better!

There’s always some fear about undergoing surgery abroad, but the personalized support I received from Massimiliano made everything feel smooth and natural — almost like I was being treated in my own country.

The clinic itself is beautiful, modern, and spotless. Everything was clearly explained from the beginning. I was assigned a dedicated staff member who guided me through each phase — medical testing, pre-op, post-op, and home care instructions. They even offered me a complimentary ozone therapy session.

I stayed overnight at the clinic in rooms that could easily rival those of a high-end hotel. The breakfast the morning after surgery was excellent.

My experience with Elithair was simply flawless in every way. At first, I had booked with another clinic, but the communication was only through WhatsApp, with a cold and impersonal tone. No phone calls, no real human connection—I didn’t feel I could trust them, so I decided to look elsewhere. Fortunately.

After watching several online videos showcasing Elithair’s results, I decided to reach out to them. And everything changed from that moment. The first difference? Huge. I was immediately put in contact with Massimiliano, a quality manager of rare courtesy, competence, and kindness. But most of all: patience. He waited over a year for me to finally set the date for the procedure, never pressuring me, but supporting me through every step.

Massimiliano clearly explained every detail of the beard transplant—from the preparation to the procedure itself, and the post-operative recovery. Everything was transparent, even financially: he walked me through the costs, payment methods, and reassured me that the deposit would be refundable if I changed my mind (unlike the previous clinic, which never gave me anything back). His support was crucial in my decision to go with Elithair: he was there before, during, and after the procedure, always available and genuinely concerned about my physical and emotional well-being. As for the clinic: modern, spotless, and welcoming. I had a hotel room reserved, but I chose to stay directly at the clinic to fully enjoy the atmosphere and hospitality. I want to especially thank the reception staff, always helpful and smiling: Ahmet Uğur and Çetin were fantastic.

The procedure lasted many hours because I had a lot of grafts to implant, but the surgical team—Beyza, Özcan, and Elif—was simply extraordinary. Fast, precise, tireless—they made me feel comfortable throughout the operation, and I never felt any pain. With care and professionalism, they guided me step by step, involved me, and constantly checked to make sure I was relaxed and at ease.

Now, 10 days after the procedure, the result is already beautiful. I’m thrilled, happy with my decision, and I’m almost tempted to come back for another treatment!

I had my transplant at the clinic on 20th June 2025. I was initially skeptical as there are so many different hair clinics in Turkey, but Elithair came to me on the back of a great recommendation. The entire experience was seamless and professional. The drivers collected us and dropped us off as per our appointments. The co-ordination was excellent. The health screening prior to the operation was super. Everything was checked to ensure the safety of the clinic staff as well as myself. The operation (4200 grafts) took around 8-9 hours from start to finish. I spoke to all the technicians and doctors. They were very down to earth and also very complimentary of Elithair and the quality they offer compared to other clinics. The aftercare is amazing, you are provided with everything you need for post operative treatment and the APP is super handy as well as it reminds you what you must do each day, and what medication to take.
If you are considering getting it done - just do it. You won’t be dissatisfied. These guys are experts and so so many transplants, have become industry leaders.

My initial review of Elithair was two stars, based on my experiences of customer service before and after my operation - not being collected from the airport, as agreed, as well as issues with the number of grafts on the 30 year guarantee Certificate contained within the Elithair app.
I want to point out that the Elit clinic experience and my hair transplant is mainly positive. The hair is growing, although I am currently only five months in from the transplant, and it does take 12 - 18 months to see the full results.
After being contacted by Elithair following my initial review, I recognise that my complaints have been addressed - the number of grafts recorded on the app has been updated, and I was informed that there is currently an internal review of the collection and transportation policy for patients from the airport, etc.
So Elithair, as a large organisation, is addressing the issues I've raised, which to me indicates that they do take their customer service seriously. I am changing the review to four stars, based on the fact that Elithair has assured me that lessons have been learned in my case.

I had my second HT done at their clinc recently ( 14may 2025 ) As before everything was very professional from the limo driver at the airport to the clinic, all the staff at the clinic are very friendly and caring. I had my first one done 2019 and always wanted to finish. I specially want to thank Sally who greeted me at the clinic and took me through every step of the process, she is very friendly and professional, I hope Elit is proud to have her
