Always great products
Always great products, and good to buy locally. Only problem I have is the delivery drivers just leave the products infront of the house and do not knock or ring the bell.

Good service
Easy to order and delivered within time frame.
Followed instructions for use of Glyphosate but takes longer than 7 days to kill off weeds, in fact 2nd application was needed.
I am going to try halving dilution next time.

21 days to finally get the products I ordered. First delivery got damaged in transit. Which I had to chase up to find this out. Re sent delivery arrives with no packaging other than a box around the bottles. Could of easily been damaged again.

All items were as expected
All items were as expected and delivery was prompt, even getting a phone call to tell me one item was delayed. However, I find it strange that ordering 4 items meant 4 separate deliveries, involving 4 separate delivery notes and packaging. I appreciate that the vermiculite, due to it being bulky, had to be delivered separately. Was there really no way several of the other items could not be packaged together?

Good customer service
Despite a hiccup in the order it was very quickly and efficiently corrected to my satisfaction. As a returning customer I still find Elixir's products to be good value.

Extremely disappointing
Extremely disappointing. Ordered 8ft bamboo canes, didn't arrived. Delivery by Evri ? Hopeless. Evri didn’t respond ! Pathetic service. Should not sell items that cannot be delivered.
Only way to get item was to collect 200 mile round trip , yes my choice! Wanted canes. No apology nothing.

Contaminated product
The product I bought (Growmore 7 7 7). Was contaminated with white plastic granules which, I suspect were instead of the nitrogen content. The company gave me a 100% refund. I am reluctant to order further products from Elixir in case the problem is widespread.

Every delivery has been perfect. I prefer to shop with Elixir because the products are reliable and delivered on time. The prices are highly competitive and if I've ever needed to ask about an item, the response has always been swift, polite, professional and helpful.

large quantity which is good value
Speedy delivery and large quantity ofGrowmore, which offers good value.
The only issue was that it had been wrapped poorly in a cardboard box which had fallen apart.
Luckily the bag was intact and sufficient to protect the Growmore.
