Good price with no postal charge

I've recently started to use Elixir Garden supplies. I came across them on the Web. And I have to say I am quite taken aback by the quality of their products, the speed they process orders & efficiency of their staff.
Furthermore it is a very big deal indeed that this company does not appear to charge postage. In fact this was a major factor in drawing me to place my orders.

Sometimes with other companies I've wanted to buy something & then found the cost of the postage prohibitive in buying the product. From what I have experienced so far with Elixir, they very much have the customer at the centre of ther operations.

For example, re my latest order I was unsure of the size of a matching product, so I phoned the company. The lady I spoke to couldn't give me an immediate answer but promised to phone back.

Sure enough a few minutes later I received a voice mail from her giving the details.

It's only my third order but I already felt I was a valued customer.

Finally, I should add that whilst I am still awaiting the physical order, the company has fully processed their part of my order, and is simply awaiting dispatch.

Exactly what it says…. Helped me out with over grown weeds… took awhile to see product work but states this on the instructions. Would purchase again

Ordered from Elixir Garden Supplies quite a few times, never had any problems, what I've ordered has come well packaged and not damaged.

I ordered some citrus feed, it arrived quickly and well packed. The price was competitive and the tracking was accurate. As always an easy pleasant experience.

Always great products, and good to buy locally. Only problem I have is the delivery drivers just leave the products infront of the house and do not knock or ring the bell.

Easy to order and delivered within time frame.
Followed instructions for use of Glyphosate but takes longer than 7 days to kill off weeds, in fact 2nd application was needed.
I am going to try halving dilution next time.

21 days to finally get the products I ordered. First delivery got damaged in transit. Which I had to chase up to find this out. Re sent delivery arrives with no packaging other than a box around the bottles. Could of easily been damaged again.

Prompt service, however the containers that the Hytrol arrived in were faulty. It was impossible to measure the correct amount to use.

All items were as expected and delivery was prompt, even getting a phone call to tell me one item was delayed. However, I find it strange that ordering 4 items meant 4 separate deliveries, involving 4 separate delivery notes and packaging. I appreciate that the vermiculite, due to it being bulky, had to be delivered separately. Was there really no way several of the other items could not be packaged together?

Despite a hiccup in the order it was very quickly and efficiently corrected to my satisfaction. As a returning customer I still find Elixir's products to be good value.
