Everything was great! The accommodations are very nice and everything is taking care of. We booked our holiday 2 times now with Eliza, and both were excellent. We would definitely recommend it!

We went to Karpathos (GR) on a beautiful location. everything was great as promised.

On my first complaint over here, Elizawashere has put a very cooperative answer (to show it overhere). They want me to put my booking number in a whatsapp. I did. After that I have received 6 times a reaction. In the first reaction they asked for a copy creditcard bills, copy rentcontract, invoice of the rented car, etc.... But I didn't have that. Clearly someone was trying to help me without reading the Trustpilot complaint and not knowing the situation. The last reaction is that they will forward my complaint to the right department. And I will get an answer within 4 weeks. Why don't forward my complaint to the right department right away? Also they used the bad situation at Schiphol as one of the reasons for the long waiting time for anwers on my email. (These emails were sent a long time before there was a bad situation at Schiphol). So I am still waiting and I hope to get in contact with a department that will be prepared before they contact me again.

Eliza was recommended by a friend. We booked a holiday with flight, hotel and car. Everything was as described. Communication from Eliza was timely and frequently enough with updates regarding Schiphol disruptions and Covid (2022) that was much appreciated.

Elizawashere is a great way to book your travels to anywhere. We went to Kreta with Them from Holland and everything was Super.

The Communication was good.

Super nice location, with lovely host Maria. The swimmingpool is great, the first barbecue since 2019 was excellent. Great atmosphere.

What an excellent accommodation and what a great stay at Estrella Villas! Furthermore a great service and care of the staff at the location. And we particularly loved the breakfast we had at the villa. Nothing more to wish for.

We stayed in Ktima Kares on Crete. Eliza was here perfectly arranged everything upfront: flight tickets, car rental and accommodation. Everything was perfect.
The accommodation was the best we had in more than 10 years of holidays. And at a very reasonable price (approx. € 1000 for 11 days of pleasure).

Every time you book Eliza you get a wonderful place. Never a disappointment. Not the big touristic locations. The travel concept with a car makes that you really discover the (local) area.

Booked my first vacation through Elizawashere, but definetly will not be my last. Loved the accomodation and elizawashere was very helpful sending us tips as well as they arranged everything perfectly - from information about changed flight times to car rental and ensurance. Can't wait to visit more of the places elizawashere offers!

We have travelled with Eliza before. And again it met our expectations. The communication from start to finish was good. The hired car was new. The hotel, Etna in Sicliiy, was a tranquil gem in a noisy busy environment, with very friendly staff and good services and food.

The villa (Amousso Bay Villas - Lefkas) was outstanding, new, clean, private, modern and spacious with a great view. The swimming pool was used every day and is simply fantastic!

Lofos Soilos on Zakynthos is a fantastic place that we booked through Elizawashere. Our experience with this concept (flight, apartment, rental car) is great. Information beforehand was excellent and our entire trip was a smooth and positive experience.
