Placed my first order last Saturday, its now been a week and the tracking details were provided wednesday but still showing as royal mail not recieved from customer, emailed and just keep getting told theyll escalate....not great for someones first order and sadly I wont order again now after all the reviews I've just read

I have bought these gel melts, time after time and would never go back to wax . The smells are gorgeous, and leave a long lasting fragrance. So easy to use, no scraping involved when removing the used gel. It just rolls right out. Would highly recommend 👌

A huge disappointment compared with the products I previously stocked

I previously stocked Ella & I gel melts in my store, and they were amazing. The fragrances were strong and had an excellent scent throw, which is why I recently decided to order Sea Shells, Janeiro Sunshine, Pink Sands, Coconut Waterfall Blooms, Thai Lime and Mango for myself.

Unfortunately, the products I received are nothing like the ones I remember. The fragrance is barely noticeable when the containers are first opened, and once the melts are in the burner, there is virtually no scent at all. Even after two hours, the room still has no noticeable fragrance. The only way to smell them is to put your nose directly above the burner—the scent throw is completely nonexistent.

I emailed Ella & I several weeks ago to ask whether the recipe or formulation had changed, but I have still received no reply. The order also took more than a week to arrive. I already knew delivery could be slow from my previous experience stocking the products, but the lack of customer service on top of the poor product quality is extremely disappointing.

I ordered because I trusted the quality I had experienced previously. Sadly, based on what I received this time, I would not purchase these again or recommend them.

Was looking forward to the convenience of the gel wax melts, however they didn't quite live up to the hype.

I ordered the best seller bundle and there was only a couple of scents that I actually liked. I found that the scent didn't last very long at all.

With my usual was company I get a full day's fragrance in my electric burner and wx 8 hour burn tealights in my burners.

If I could get the scents that I use and they lasted a little longer I would definitely make the switch as the gel is definitely more convenient than wax.

Everyone commenting on the delivery time but it wasn't that slow and worth the wait these Gel melts are amazing well worth the money whole house smells lovely. And the thank you emails they send you are a really nice touch. I highly recommend.

Very poor customer service all 5 I bought arrived broken e-mailed with picture awhile ago but no reply . The melts them self don't have a long or lingering smell you have to stand over the burner to get any perfume smell at all . I was not going to leave a review as I don't like leaving negative reviews but this morning while moving the melts I cut my hand on them . Will not be back

I don’t like leaving bad reviews but unfortunately I don’t rate these gel wax melts at all just about got 2hours of smell from them and I’d bought 3 when they cooled down I flipped it over and nothing so I’ve gone back to the back wax melts sorry girls

Absolutely love these melts so easy to clean and can manage at least 4 uses out of 1 pot!
Had an issue with my order ordering over bank holiday and Royal Mail mainly causing unnecessary complications but Rebecca was on hand late in an evening to do her best to resolve this. Really has shown me that the company does care for their customers.

I was impressed with some of the melts, so tried to join the Facebook community group to see what everyone recommended. But there’s where it’s ended been sat pending for months and tried so hard to join. They don’t seem interested at all so will go elsewhere

Literally the best gel melts IN THE WORLD and you hear that from someone who's tried 748239202 other brands. LISTEN TO ME WHEN I TELL YOU THIS: If you want your home to smell like you just entered the most luxurious spa retreat - buy gel melts from Ella and I. We have 4 dogs and a cat and those gel melts are the only extremely long lasting - room filling for hours and hours gel melts that smell like absolute heaven!!! Also the variety of scents is amazing!! We are recommending them to everyone!

Since discovering the gel melts from Ella & I, I wouldn't go anywhere else. They're mess free, smell fantastic and I recommended them to all my friends and family. Everyone that comes to my home comments on how fabulous they smell. I'm just sorry I didn't find out about them sooner!

Love these gel melts. There is a wide variety of fragrances, they last longer than wax melts and they're so easy to remove from the burner.
I will not longer go back to wax melts.
Ella and I are a great company. They package the melts really well and I have never had an issue when buying from them.

Ella and I, are amazing! Honestly the gel melts have been life changing, no crazy spillages to clean up you just wait for it to dry, and peel it up. Even when it’s spilt onto carpet it’s been amazing!
