Time and care taken to having the correct order. I said I'd love to see joop scent gel melt and a few weeks later it's there. Scents last for days and easy clean and to change. Overall a great company and great customer service

I've been using Ella and I gel melts for almost 2 years now. The scents are amazing, and there are so many to choose from, something for everyone.

I even got 3 of my friends hooked on Ella and I. We all agree we'd never go back to regular wax melts.

These gel melts are super easy to clean up; you just peel off the old gel once it's cool and solid. Just a heads-up, if you're using an electric burner, make sure you have the right wattage bulb, or it won't get hot enough to melt the gel and release the scent. And if you're using a candle burner, you should only use tealights that burn for 4 hours at a time.
Their customer service is friendly and the items are delivered quickly and packaged well .

I absolutely love these Gel melts, so much easier & cleaner to use than wax melts.
Every one I’ve bought have their own unique smells, some I love, some I don’t, it’s just preference. The fragrance lasts a good while & when I feel it’s fading, I just peel the melt & flip it over, & it refreshes the smell. Nothing lasts forever, hence the reason for multiple fragrances 🩷 I don’t need an excuse to try a new favourite 🤩
Not only are they great value for money & delivery is quick, the customer service is wonderful ~ I will continue buying, as I always have 🩷

Thought I’d try their gel melts as reviews were very good but I was so disappointed. Lucky if they last a day and even then you can only smell if you are sat on top of the warmer. I have two warmers downstairs and can’t smell much of anything from either. Total waste of money and I question the reviews which all claim the melts are amazing. I will be reverting back to a well known brand of wax melts, so much better and last nearly a week.

I love candles - they make me feel cozy and relaxed. But sometimes I spend good money, for little return, especially in the aroma department. And then I saw an advertisement for Ella and I. Oh my, I am a convert to their amazing gel wax melt. The oils can smell quite intense to begin with, but I start off with a shorter burn; maybe just 10/15 mins... That way you really get value for money. My house smells amazing..... despite the 3 stinky dogs.
Make sure you follow the instructions, and flip the gel before each burn as this really makes a difference to the intensity of the aroma.

I have been using this company for a few years now and never had a problem. But these last few orders This company have been all over the place. One order comes after 3 days one comes after 4 days. Now waiting on stuff i have been waiting a week for. I get they busy. But waiting a week is a just a joke. You think when your spending over £50 a time and a regular customer they would be a bit more quicker on delivery.!! A then get a email back with no care in the world saying its 7 days dispatch and will get a dispatch note when ready so its going be OVER a week when i do get this order. Think when i finally get this order i be looking some were for else my gel melts.

Delivery was a little slow, but the gel melts were worth the wait. Good strong scent, that last for ages, and only a small amount needed. Never used gel melts before, always tended to use wax. But I'm converted, stronger longer scent and no wax mess.

Best melts ever! No mess, scents that i can only describe as beautiful. It's like taking your nose on a holiday just for that. Monthly subscription is such good value and I love getting my shipment wondering what smells will surprise me

Just received my first order. These smell absolutely AMAZING!! Cannot wait to try them all! Will definitely be ordering again!! This is my first time trying Gel melts and will definitely be using these more.

Have ordered many times now, great smells from the melts and no mess like wax leaves… the burners are lovely too. I also order the sponges with shower gel in on repeat… my boys have them in their bathroom too, love them, they smell lush and it is one less bottle in the shower!! Win win!!

The gel melts are lovely and fill my home with a pleasant fragrance. However, I was slightly disappointed to find that three of the melts—Clean Cotton, Breakfast at Tiffany's, and Baby Powder—were only about half full. As they are rather expensive, this was a little upsetting.
