Nonresponsive. STAY AWAY
I am a reseller and was approved to receive wholesale pricing. The "items" pages show the wholesale price, but the shopping cart shows full retail. I corresponded via email and was told it would be corrected when I completed my order but... guess what? Nope.
I placed an order mid-November and it STILL has not shipped, and I STILL have not received a response to my inquiry about being billed the retail rates instead of the wholesale.
At this point I will take it up with my bank and ask them to deal with it. Enough.
