I've been taking the Elle Sera golden pill for many years now, and I started with the green magnesium pill a few months ago. I've always raved about the golden pill and I always will! The magnesium is also great; I'm sleeping better than ever!

I've also just started on their new collagen supplement. I haven't been taking it for long enough to see results, but it tastes really good and is easy to take as it's in liquid form! I'm super excited to see how their collagen helps me!

I have been taking the Golden Pill now for around 6 months and have seen great improvements in my general mood. My periods are now back to being regular and I have much more energy. Subscribing is best thing I have ever decided to do.

I've been taking the Magnesium pills for a couple of months now and they've had a great impact on my sleep - especially with a 1.5yr baby! Two a day just before bed, amazing. The customer support is also awesome and having the subscription has been really flexible, so good just to have it delivered each month and save money compared to buying it one-off. Love it!

able to come off my HRT, something I didn’t think would be possible. I am not seeing any of the horrible effects of menopause such as hot flushes and itching skin that I was having previously I do still have the occasional mood swings but my general well being and drop in anxiety is amazing. I’ve also lost nearly 3 stone being able to leave the HRT patches behind me.

After being skeptical for so long, i committed to giving the brand a go, to see what changes i would experience with my libido and life in general. My emotions were hard to regulate and my libido was honestly none existent and was causing alot of negativity in my relationship. After a couple of months taking the pill in a morning, ive noticed a huge shift in my libido, not only that but an awareness around how hormones impact so muchin womens health and its honestly suprised me that such a small thing has made such a big change. Amazing product

Been taking the golden pill for approx 18 months which is fantastic for peri-menopause, no more hot flashes, brain fog, and back to feeling me again - cannot live without. Magnesium is great too for a goods nights sleep.

Not my first rodeo when it comes to reviewing Elle Sera but I literally can't shout about them enough!! The Golden pill and Magnesium have literally been life changing, the Magnesium has been a game changer when it comes to dealing with sleep apnea amongst other health challenges!! I've also just decided to take the leap and go all in with a subscription to the Collagen as its Elle Sera FGS of course its gonna be unreal, the science behind it, wow!! But the icing on the cake!! I have been taking the golden pills for around 21 months. I was a witch before!! I have been taking another brands collagen but wanted to try the Elle Sera one. I ordered and totally made a mess of it. The wonderful Kelly came to the rescue and sorted it out for me. Fabulous customer services with this company. Today I took my first collagen and so easy and a nice taste! Highly recommend this company.

I’ve been taking different types of collagen for a few years and have never seen results like this!
I was lucky to be able to trial before the release date so I’m two months in and I’m seeing results already.
My skin is glowing, I am usually sensitive with a tendency to get dry skin if I’m not 100% with my skincare routine.But for the last few weeks I’ve noticed my skin is supple and smooth even before I’ve applied any serums or creams. My sensitivity has gone, no dryness at all, anywhere on my body.
Fine lines are fading, my pores are looking much tighter too.
One thing I wasn’t expecting was for my gums feel stronger so that’s a massive bonus as since starting perimenopause I’ve had bleeding gums.

Having been suffering with pretty much all the negative symptoms of menopause, I knew I needed some extra (natural) help. I cannot take HRT for medical reasons.
