Theres written in their website that dress is 100%linen while it was 75%poliester and rest cotton. I wishe to return-no answer, but mean while they are spaming my email with their New advertisments. I will try chasbach but Im afraid it Will not be possible. Better cloths you have at Aliexpress for much less prlices. Never buy from them!

I ordered what looked like a gorgeous moss green velvet trouser suit for a wedding. Delivery took around 3 weeks and when the product arrived I was horrified at the bright luminescent green trouser suit that arrived that bore absolutely no resemblance whatsoever to the picture on the website. It looked like a fancy dress outfit you'd buy for your child. Speaking to friends after the event they've been duped too by other companies. Do not always believe reviews on sites and stick with retailers you know and trust!

This was my very first time purchasing from Ellegem. I contacted them to enquire about the delivery of my package as it was taking longer than I expected and they responded promptly reassuring me it is on its way. The next day, the package was on my door mat.

The jacket fit me perfectly as though I was measured for it. Lovely style and good workmanship. Can’t wait to wear it!

Looking forward to the joyfull summer items. Ordering went smooth through the good website. Go on like this please.

I'm glad I was able to buy pants on their website, because it was hard for me to find what I liked so much, but here I found my size and bought them immediately

This is an utterly dishonest company. It ships you a different item from the one you have ordered, then it says they have sent you the correct one but if you want to return it it is at your cost, or they could give you a small discount. They refuse to look at the evidence and insist they have sent you the correct item. They portray themselves as doing business from Amsterdam when in actual fact they are in China. DO NOT TRUST

Great items , good products, nice prices

Never buy from them- they do not deliver- they pocket your money- they do not refund. All their goods come from China. It takes endless arguments- no customer service- police complaint filed.

ElleGems Amsterdam presents itself as a Netherlands-registered company (KvK listed on their website) and operates entirely in Dutch, giving consumers the legitimate expectation of full compliance with EU consumer protection law.

The product delivered was materially different from the images and description (color and quality significantly inferior). When I requested a full refund due to non-conformity, the seller refused and conditioned any refund on returning the item to China at my own expense.

After formally invoking my statutory rights under EU law, the company stopped responding altogether.

Reports have now been submitted to ACM ConsuWijzer and Stripe. Consumers should be aware of the return conditions and the lack of response when attempting to enforce their legal rights.

What I liked is how an initial problem was handled and resolvend. What I didn’t like was that there was a difference between the website photo’s and the actual product. Confusing information therefore. Nevertheless, this was handled and resolvend with great ease and in a customer friendly way. The website doesn’t show where they import the products from, so you and up waiting longer than expected.

Very nice home suit, nice fabric and good quality.
The suit size (XL) runs quite small, so wash cold ;-)

The items I received are nowhere near what was shown in the pictures. The quality is extremely poor considering the price I paid.

Nice sweater, Colorado correct, size correct

It took really long to receive my packet and the communication was insufficient. On my receipt you stated that It would be sent by DHL, this was absolutely not the case. I’m totally happy with the product, but shipment is really an issue here….

The product is wonderful! But the sending did last many many days!

Pretending to be a customer was the only way to get to write something. I’ve had my very unwelcomed experiences with other companies that didn’t deliver the way they should have.
When I look at these reviews this must be another one that advertises in bad faith.
I’ve learned my lessons and will always look up reviews first.
Like I’ve done now.
