Chinese garbage
After 8 days I finally got my orderd goods, a pair of slippers, and was very very dissapointed by the poor quality of the product: just chinese garbage. I feel I have been misled by the information and the pictures on the site. Returning the product is no optipn as I refuse to pay the costs of shipment back to China. Never again will i buy anything from this firm and I strongly recommend other people NOT TO BUY HERE.

Oh NO, Camel toe!
It took 8 days for my order to arrive. The 4 pairs of anti camel toe underwear were way to small and each pair differed slightly in size and shape. They were advertised as being invisible under clothing. Instead of eliminating "camel toe" the underwear were fantastic at creating an obvious one! Shockingly terrible product! I got scammed!

This is a drop shipment from China. Nothing that hints that it is designed by Ellegems or specially made for them.
It took almost 4 weeks to arrive and is clearly directly shipped from China.
You better shop at Ali or go to a real Dutch store.

SCAM Faux advertising
Faux advertising. The photos advertised on site do not correspond with the products received. I ordered with the believe that the company is located in Amsterdam so the products will be sent from The Netherlands which is not true. It's in fact sent from China so it take forever to arrive. The site advertised artisanal and handcrafted jewelries and photos on site demonstrate the look. However, when the actual items arrived, they are of cheap material and mass production. There's no invoice included in the package and when attempt to contact customer service for a return, they basically give me the runaround, repeatedly asking me to send photos or video and explain the problem over and over again. I think they are just sending out standardized reply to any complaints. I do not believe that this is a genuine company. It is likely a China based business pretending to be based in The Netherlands. Do not order from this site! It's a scam!
