The anti theft backpack genuinely gives me peace of mind when I take public transport. The hidden zippers are clever and don’t look awkward on the design which was my worry. Oh how I wish I had read reviews about Elle Double Bay before purchasing not after. I would never have brought 4 dresses for over $250 (Order #5727)
The clothes I received are a cheap rip off of the clothes advertised on their website. Their website claims "easy returns", which is also false advertising. I sent an email requesting a refund and received a response saying to return items to China with an address. Even though the dresses were sent from Sydney.
I will not be wasting money on postage to be told that Customs is holding the items and they can't do anything to speed the process up! Wish I'd looked at the reviews here before spending money on cheap tacky clothes that are so bad that I can't use the material for rags. Honestly don't buy from them. I have learnt the hard way.

Do not buy from this website they pretend to be an Australian brand from Byron Bay . My dress that cost $110 arrived and it was shocking. Could’ve got better from SHEIN. The refund process is also disgusting!! Had to pay $26 to send it back to China for it to come back to Australia and now they’ve offered me 20% refund which is $22 and a rubbish dress that i can’t even give it to the op shop because it’s that shocking
