I've been rarely scammed, but I was in this case. The item received was plastic and poorly painted. It didn't even come close to looking like the stained-glass item advertised. As I should have antic... See more

cheap plastic
I order 2 items and they came from china they are cheap plastic and no where hand crafted items. shame on the company is this maybe called bait and switch. they told me if I wanted to return the items that I had to pay for shipment back to china. so if they are had crafted and they advertise stain glass really they come from overseas. buyer beware do not order from this company
The ole Bait and Switch tactic - report if you were scammed to the Federal Trade Commission
The company is using what is called "bait and switch". They advertize beautiful handcrafted stain glass lamps. You think that is what you are buying. When you go to the Add to Cart page, underneath the button in smaller print are Key Features. In that section, you'll find it listed that the product is actually resin (plastic). The size of the product I received was smaller than advertized as well. When you contact the company, they tell you that they can offer you a 25% refund or for that money to go towards another product listed on their website. I complained to them about the quality of the their product and that they are deceiving customers, but they do not seem to care.
This company is a major fraudulent…
This company is a major fraudulent scam. Product was a 4” tall piece of worthless plastic. I threw it in the garbage as soon as I opened it. Do not get fooled and waste your money and time. Just Chinese worthless trash!!!!
Shit
Someone needs to shut down this scam of a company under any means necessary. Total fraud and deception. They offered me a 15 percent refund on a 3-dollar piece of shit and claimed that if I returned it and paid for shipping, that's worth more than this low-grade plastic crap. This is why we need a consumer protection agency; thanks, Trump.
Ellie Seattle needs to be put in jail
Ellie Seattle needs to be put in jail. the scam is so obvious now that I don't understand why authorities havent arrested anyone yet. I can only assume by the the name that they are in Seattle, Washington. Yes, a beehive of low information people. Someone needs to put an end to this scam. My guess is that they are Chinese illegals in association with depraved government officials.
So terrible
So terrible, another AI scam from China. They soaked me for $450! I bought a whole bunch of them, cheap, small, plastic, garbage not even carnival quality lmao. Oh man, what genius these scammers are! You have to give them credit for their sheer criminality. Like buying a lamp from Hans Gruber!!
Plastic, not stained glass, 1/10 of the size
I recently purchased a "Transparent Labrador" lamp from Ellie Seattle after their ad claimed it was made of stained glass. What arrived was plastic — and significantly smaller than what's shown in the product photos.
What makes it worse: they market to people who have lost their pets. Don't let them exploit your grief.
Save your money and shop elsewhere. Happy to share more details in the comments.
I bought the dog , they took my money and didn't ship the product. They need to be investigated for fraud
Did not receive product ! They took my money and didn't ship the product. I've called and they have done nothing but stall. They need to be investigated for fraud !
Update : Got the product and what a disappointment! It was not the size it should be and WAY overpriced! Never again , glad they are going out of business!
IT'S A SCAM!!!!
IT'S A SCAM!!!!! DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD. THE LAMPS ARE CHEAP YELLOW PLASTIC, SMALL, NOTHING LIKE THE PICTURE. AND I BOUGHT INTO THE SAD FINAL SALE STORY AND TIPPED THEM AT CHECK OUT. THEY WON'T GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK. WANT TO GIVE ME 15% BACK OR A PROMO CODE FOR 50% OFF MY NEXT PURCHASE..... LIKE I WOULD WANT ANOTHER PLASTIC DOLLAR STORE LAMP, YEAH RIGHT!!!!
I would never buy again from this…
I would never buy again from this company. It looks like something from the dollar tree not worth it.
Scam company
Scam company. Sent a broken piece that wasn't what was described or pictured. Do not, I repeat, do not order from.
I ordered a Lamp
I ordered a Lamp (not a computer plug in) that I thought would be lamp size - what I got was 5" x 5" computer plug in. Not glass - plastic. Paint missing. If this was 80% off I am so disappointed. This tiny object would probably cost $10.00 in a store. No wonder shipped from china.
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. THIS IS SOME OF THE WORST GARBAGE I HAVE EVER ORDERED, CHEAP PLASTIC LAMP THAT LOOKS NOTHING LIKE WHAT THEY HAVE POSTED IN THEIR SITE. IDK HOW THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS. They keep trying to give me a partial refund and to keep this garbage POS, they don't want it back and want you to pay for return shipping. I will have to go through my back to get a refund
Lamp is Crap
The product (a lamp) that I bought from E.S. was a total rip off.
It sure seemed to be a stained glass desk lamp, but it's a tiny LED encased in plastic. It's not plugged into the wall outlet, but is run off a short USB cable.
I got snookered, don't let it happen to you.
I thought I was buying a stained glass…
I thought I was buying a stained glass lamp from Seattle. Instead, I got cheap plastic from China, and then to return it, you're supposed to mail it on your own dime to China. An absolute scam. Run the other direction.

It just takes 5 minutes to check out an on line offer like this and save yourself some greaf. Trustpilot is the best. With the emergence and popularity of AI among scammers, it's silly not to use these investigative sites to protect yourself. If it looks to good to be true, you know the rest.
Deserves a zero.Sorry I I bought from them…just another scam.
Deserves a zero.
Total scam!,,
I would ask this company to be…
I would ask this company to be truthful, honest and respectful. The pictures they display in their online catalogue are totally misrepresented. The catalogue depicts these lamps larger and as though they are made of stained glass. The item l received was maybe 7 in tall, made of cheap plastic. I wouldn't pay five dollars for it. Was not worth anything near the 60 dollars l payed. It's pure junk. Wish l had seen the reviews before I bought it. I'm going to attempt to dispute the transaction.
If I saw it on the shelf for $9,99 ,I…
If I saw it on the shelf for $9,99 ,I might buy it. The photo is enhanced that they show. Original price they say $255.00. Lol. Complete ripoff. Thank you for the learning experience. I will never ,ever buy anything online again. No stars.
