the lamp is presented as at least 12" high. It is a miniature plastic piece of garbage. It is not glass, not pretty and total crap. ELLIE SEATTLE IS A TOTAL SCAM AND RIP OFF. DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE SHEISTERS.

This company grossly misrepresents their products. They blatantly, boldly lie telling tallest of all tales about how they create timeless, artistic hand crafted stained glass lamps. Then something about these lamps are reknown and are a legacy. TRUTH IS. . . THESE LAMPS ARE CHEAP POORLY MOLDED PLASTIC JUNK!!!
This is really us a case of fraud because i paid $60.00 (which was supposed to be a store closing sale price according to the website); that is a sweet deal for a stained glass lamp, especially since this would be my "last chance to own one of these timeless quality handcrafted stained glass animal lamps. After this sale they'll be gone forever."
The site had some phony reviews by people who were in love with their adorable lamp.
When the dimestore plastic junk worth all of about 5 cents arrived I was disappointed and angry but it was almost comical because the thing they shipped me was not only junk, ugly ugly sloppy junk that even the worlds biggest moron would say "Hey! Where's my lamp?? " This is NOT what I ordered!", it struck me how they kept using the word "timeless" when describing their lamps. Another lie I thought. . . not that it matters, the first lie already was a deal breaker this second one, the "timeless" lie was just icing on their cake of lies. To explain, the gag gift like thing was all 1 piece with no access to the inside at all. The light inside was very dim and if it ever came loose or when it burns out it cannot be replaced because the lamp is a completely sealed unit. A lamp that doesnt work and cant be fixed isn't timeless.
Now the real insult comes when you read the rules of their return policy. They say customer must pay shipping and thats only if the return is approved!! These people are theives. Fraud!!!

Plastic instead of "stained glass" with a plug in USB A adapter. Very small instead of the large size indicated on the site. I cancelled the mugs as I figured they would also not be as represented and stopped payment on my crdit card. Cap One also went after the money for the plastic fake dog. My husband ordered all this on his Chromebook and no security so no warning. My PC has security and the minute I looked up the website all the warning blared across the screen.

My husband bought our daughter one of their Tiffany lamps for graduation. Advertised as two sisters handcrafting quality lamps made in the U.S. What we got was a cheap piece of yellow plastic about 4 inches high.

My husband bought me a mother's day gift from Ellie Seattle online not realizing it was a scam. Lamp was like a scary carnival painted animal but didn't look like a dog. Very sad!

The whole advertising was a fake . They stated it was a store closing in Seattle WASHINGTON usa it was a sympathy play , stated it was glass handmade by local artisans and showed dimension of piece bigger than received . It was made in China and it was terrible quality. The whole advertising was a hoax and at a much higher price ( 4 x ) than you can get in Amazon usa . Do not buy from this company ever .

I ordered one thing and received something completely different. Wasn't able to return, cause I should pay the shipping back to CHINA. It's a big scam, run away from it.

A complete scam!.. they're not going out of business that's part of the scam..I received a $2.00 piece of plastic and no "stained glass "glass colors only an ugly green and you can't return it because you have to pay for it to get back to China..the absolute worst rip off I've had in 40years..DO NOT BUY ANYTHING..

Don’t give these criminals any more money. They are not two talented little old ladies in Washington who are retiring and selling out their creations at amazing prices. They are a band of criminals in China who are making a lot of money from honest Americans. I ordered two mosaic lamps from them, paid $96. They never arrived. I tried to contact their customer service; there is no customer service. No response. This is just a criminal scam, and you will be throwing away your money if you fall for it.

This is a scammers company, a cheap plastic piece of crap for $54, I did not read reviews, my mistake.

This product is a scam cheep plastic, colors don't match the picture. Claiming it sold for $275 not worth $5.

I basically threw away $60. Truly a $3 piece of plastic. So disappointing! Please tell me how to report this fraudulent company!

I did not read reviews before I purchased a lamp. My error. Never again. I bought a shihztu lamp. What a buy!! Stain glass dog lamp. Not!!! What a disappointing box! Plastic. Cheap looking. And the cord is coming out of the rear end of the dog. Now that is funny. Let's talk customer service. I was offered 10% refund. Or I could return the lamp at my expense & once they receive the item, they will refund my money. The little package would cost over $45 to send & that's how much I paid for it. I would be out more money. Don't even think about buying from these people. Shady. Very shady. (:

If you're reading this then you obviously got scammed by Ellie-Seattle.
Take a pic of what you received and a pic from their website of what you ordered. GO TO YOUR BANK and get the charges reversed!!
These dirt bags will eventually contact you about how you owe them money. They will make all kinds of offers to get you to pay anything. DO NOT FALL FOR THEIR SCAM.
Get your money back, period.
For every one of us that got scammed by these jerks, there are hundreds and hundreds of others that are too embarrassed to complain. Please dont let them have your money.

It was laughably bad, not glass, way smaller than shown and had to be plugged in usb to power it. Basically a chinese scam scheme propagated by google.

Lamp is very small, plastic, and poor quality. Advertised as handcrafted by 2 ladies going out of business when reality is, it's a cheap plastic mass produced product from China.
It's a huge scam

Total rip off. The site looks legit but instead of a stained glass lamp... recieved a cheap made in China plastic little toy piece of smelly crap.
They replied to my email of displeasure with what appears to be their standard offer of 20% refund as per other reviews.
I countered suggesting 50 % if not 100%
They accepted 50% without returning the item...(which went directly to the trash the day received, )
Although the product was total crap....the customer service was very good. I hope to see the refund in 5-7 days. If not....it's round 2.
All in all they still made money and I lost money.

If I could go a negative zero I would. BIGGEST SCAM, and I should have done my research! Shame on me because i'm usually better than this.
The product is half the size and cheap plastic that I would not even sell at a garage sale.

This company continue to scam all of its customers by claiming to sell the products as shown in the pictures, made with stained glass, when in actuality it's Dollar store type plastic of very very inferior cheap quality... I paid over $50 for a $5 lamp and as stated in other reviews, returning and the international shipping charges was out of the question. I really wish we could get together and take action against this company which continues to operate with their Shady practices.... Do not waste your money... it is a total scam!
