SCAM!!

Product not at all as pictured. Very small and cheaply made. Shipped from China with no allowance for return shipping fees. You are stuck with it. They offer a 20% refund for you to keep it. Too embarrassed to give it as the gift I bought it for.

Same as the rest of us on here. Complete fraud and I didn't even wait to recieve said "lamps".

Notify your bank and have the charges put under dispute as a " deceptive transaction". Canceel the order and don't wait. They've got no intention of sending you stained glass lamps. But they will take your money ...

I've been rarely scammed

I've been rarely scammed, but I was in this case. The item received was plastic and poorly painted. It didn't even come close to looking like the stained-glass item advertised. As I should have anticipated, the return address is in China and I would have to pay to ship it back. I'm just eating the cost and considering it as experience that reinforces the need to research companies before buying.

It's a complete scam

It's a complete scam. I discovered it a day after I ordered and immediately emailed them to cancel the order. I said I would dispute the credit card charge if they didn't. I almost immediately got a return email saying it already shipped but they were crediting me in full. I already see a pending credit in my account. They don't want to be investigated and depend on buyers who just give up.

Not 'going out of business'... never WERE in business. FAKE

They advertised that they were some great company going out of business and selling out their product at a big discount. They even give you a place to give a 'tip' during checkout 'to help during these difficult times.' I found that Amazon is selling the same exact stuff for a lot less money. Total ripoff and a lie.

An absolute ripoff and scam out of China!!!

An absolute ripoff and scam to get your money !!!
Stay away! They represents themselves as being in Seattle Washington, but in actuality, it is a very good AI generated website out of China. Your credit card is processed through a financial institution abroad (mostly Great Britain), and shipped out of China. They will refuse to refund you unless you ship it back, even unopened and refused, to china at enormous costs... this to hopefully keep you from returning. The items are plastic not stain glass and are much smaller than presented in their ads. Contact the FTC, FCC, and FBI with complaints against them and hopefully they will return your money.

I bought a small what they said was stained glass cat lamp…

I bought a small stained glass cat lamp for $49+. When i received it I saw that it is actually made from pieces of cheap colored plastic.
They said I can return it, but only to an address in China that was not disclosed in the purchase correspondence. The cheapest UPS to that address is over $275.00.
This is clearly a scam.
DO NOT do business with this company.

One star were the least I could give

One star were the least I could give. This Chinese own company like most websites are created to trick customers in buying the product that is nothing what the description and photo on the website shown. Scam!! They make it difficult to do a return/refund as well. I been emailing their customer support team to cancel my orders before label was created or shipped. I was told via email to wait until my order arrived which that took over 10 days. As soon I receive my order I opened one of my orders and was so disappointed. It looks like a cheap plastic with hot glue on the wire to USB cord. It was badly painted on and much smaller than the photo shown with the woman sat on her bed next to the cute dog lamp on her end table. Every description and photo is a lied. Now I am waiting for the return address so I can pay for my return back to mainland China.

SCAM ALERT Do not buy from this…

SCAM ALERT Do not buy from this company. China based fake company they make them look like they're stain glass it's plastic they make them look big the dog is 3 inches tall. I ordered a German shepherd they sent a sheepdog it even said sheepdog on the tag. They sent me on another one it was a sheepdog. It said sheepdog on the tag as well when I contacted them my third time they argued and said that it was a German Shepherd so I sent picture side-by-side asking him about that looks like the same thing. Then they text me or emailed me and said they would refund me 30% so I didn't have to go through the trouble of boxing it up and pay for shipping. It's already boxed up. And why would I have to pay for the shipping even if so I would still come out ahead getting 100% back if I had to pay for shipping. Total scam do not buy they do not have half of the supplier shows on the pictures they'll just send you a sheepdog.

Buyer Beware Deceptive Marketing

I want to share my experience so others don’t fall into the same trap—buyer beware.

I came across an ad for what appeared to be beautiful, high-quality Tiffany-style glass lamps from ellie-seattle.com, presented as being made by artists in Seattle, Washington. The photos showed stunning, detailed pieces—large enough to sit prominently on a nightstand, clearly made of real glass, and designed with incredible craftsmanship. Wanting to support what I believed were local artists (especially since they were advertising a “farewell sale”), I ordered five of them. They even had an option to donate extra money, which made it feel even more personal and genuine.

When the package arrived, I immediately knew something was off. There was no way those large, detailed lamps could all fit inside one small box—and they didn’t. What I received were tiny, cheap, plastic lamps—nothing like what was advertised. They are smaller than a standard water bottle and look like low-quality novelty items, not handcrafted Tiffany lamps. The materials feel flimsy, the designs are poorly made, and they look nothing like the photos.

To make matters worse, I later realized the products shipped from China, not Seattle, and the listing appears to use AI-generated or heavily edited images to misrepresent both the size and quality. These lamps are not worth anywhere near the $55 each that I paid—I wouldn’t value them at even $10.

After doing more research, I found that many other customers are reporting the exact same experience—receiving tiny plastic items instead of glass lamps, with misleading advertising and difficult return processes . Some reports even suggest the site may be a scam or at least highly deceptive .

This felt incredibly deceptive. The marketing plays on emotion, using a “closing business” story and imagery that suggests you’re supporting real artists—but that’s not what this is.

I won’t be going through the hassle of returning them, but I felt strongly about warning others. What you see is absolutely not what you get

DO NOT purchase from this Company!

DO NOT purchase from this Company!
This is a TOTAL SCAM!! These are not authenticate stain glass lamps. They are cheap plastic painted that come from overseas. When you try to return the item they tell you that you have to return at your expense back to the overseas destination which will cost you more than you paid for it! So instead they offer you a 30% refund (which I guess is better than nothing). Which amounted to about $13 in my case. This is quite the money making SCAM! The BBB really should shut this place down!

Contact your credit card company or bank asap with a fraud complaint! Get your money back!!!

Do not let them win! Contact your credit card company and file a fraud report! You will get your money back! This place is a scam and are cheating customers!! File a fraud complaint asap and get all your money back! What they are doing is illegal!!Run don’t walk away from this company. Looks like stain glass in the advertisement and appears much larger. When it comes it is cheap resin plastic that is chipping and the light is very dim. Also it does not have a standard electric cord but requires an adapter to be able to plug in. It is dollar store junk and my credit card got hacked in Asia 2 days after I ordered this. Quite a coincidence and their return policy is ridiculous and I bet unable to obtain. Please do not buy from this company!!! Save yourself a headache and possible credit card hacking.

The stained glass lamps are cheap poorly painted plastic. The pictures are fake in the website

Unfortunately I purchased the "stained" glass puppy lamp. The picture on the website is not what I revieved. I recieved a cheap plastic lamp approximately half the size of the lamp shown in the picture. The picture obviously is fake, the product looks nothing like the picture. I tried to return it for a refund and they try to get you to keep it saying that customers are responsible for return shipping and they're located in asia so it will be expensive. The whole website is fake apparently. It shows two american like women on the front implying that the lamps are hand crafted with pride. They are not. It is too cheap and ugly to use. I will throw it away and accept the lesson learned.
