Ellie clearly sent me the wrong product. I sent them pictures of what I ordered and what I received and they still deny sending the wrong product. If I want to return it, they said I would be responsible for the shipping costs. They are penalizing the customer for their mistake. NEVER BUY FROM THEM!

Turtle I received looks nothing like website picture. Received cheap plastic turtle. Worth $3 not the $55 I paid.

I don't write reviews at all. But here I had to. I don't think there is even a store like this existing. I had been waiting for ordered items for over 2 weeks. Today the box arrived. It is very light, and right away I realized that it cannot be glass. I ordered 6 items. I opened only one box out of entire order. On top of the fact that it was a wrong item, it is absolutely wrong quality. I think it is worth $1-$5. Images of the lamps online do not correspond with actual products. I want to make a big deal about it. They don't have a phone number. I cannot call them. I will call my bank to call it out as a fraud! Package came from China. It is upsetting that people are being fulled. I hope I will be the last one in this online experience.

I was very disappointed in the product I received. It was small , no problem. The lamp was not stained glass as portrayed, it was not even glass it was cheap plastic.

This is a scam ! If you received your $3 plastic fake lamp you have been a victim of fraud. Just call your credit card company and ask for a full refund. You will file a fraud complaint and once the vendor receives this they refund the total amount immediately. No questions asked. So just throw the junk they sent you away . Forget about returning it. They don't want it back as the return shipping is 5 times the value of the crap they sent. This operation should be shut down

I agree with all the other reviews. This company is not ethical. They present their products as stained glass lamps when in fact they are cheap resin. I requested info to return the item only to find out that it had to go to China! And the postage to send it back made it not worth the effort to do so. I feel I was totally misguided.
It's a scam because they know it costs too much to return so they have you over a barrel. I don't feel they deserve even 1 star.

This product is shipped from China and is spraypainted plastic.....NOT Stained glass. Total Rip off. They offer you a 10% refund or pay the shipping costs back to china.

Buyer Beware! Order 2 dogs to give as gifts. Picture depicted were made of glass. What I received was two tiny dogs made of plastic. The 2 ladies on the website, disappointed ladies about a business closing. Scam! I am sure the shipping cost will be more than what I paid!

Save yourself the aggravation and DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS SCAM COMPANY! I ordered a stained glass deer lamp and not only did i receive the wrong item it was a $3 piece of junk!!! Resin, probably 3D printed. I contacted my credit card company immediately and the reversed the charge. I also contacted the "company" but I doubt it will make a difference. Just happy I got my money back.

It’s a scam, and I admit being scammed. Bought 2 as gifts. “Stained glass, illuminated” animals are just cheap, plastic junk. No glass, no color, just a 6” tall worthless, plastic garbage.

HORRIBLE COMPANY!! I feel like such a sucker! The business website clearly states that their lamps are hand made and stained glass. They show a cute picture of a man and woman allegedly creating a lamp. The lamps I received are made of molded plastic and were shipped from CHINA! They do offer refunds HOWEVER, the consumer is expected to pay for return shipping. I made a serious mistake not checking for reviews before I ordered these products. Shame on me. I hope to save someone else from the same mistake.

It's a lie. It's a cheep light from China. Not even worth $20.00. You want to return it? You need to send it to China! Not the return address on the package. Don't buy it. Received it on 2/2/26. Trying to return it. Pictures are deceiving. They aren't hand done. It's a plastic mold. A cheep plastic mold.

This is an AI scam. The first clue was the fake photos of the two women, one of which had a fake teardrop. The photos of the lamps show tall 7" lamps that are stained glass. What you get are cheap plastic nightlights that are maybe 3" tall and poorly painted. AVOID!

Cheap little plastic product, nothing like advertised. They give the illusion they work in stained glass, but it’s all fake. Trying to get a refund, and they responded by offering me 10%! Plus, ship back to China with sketchy instructions about listing the cost of the items for customs. Will pursue through bank to get my money back.

Plastic item of no quality. So very disappointed. DO NOT purchase...$44.95 - the item is something you would find at the Dollar Store - it's a scam!

I received the two lamps I ordered but they are not stained glass
Painted plastic. When I tried to get a refund they wanted me to send them back to China even though they were mailed from a California address. Maybe immigration should be targeting these crooks
I finally filed a dispute through my bank to get my money back.

Do not trust t his company. Total scam. They will set up auto pay on your payment account. Why can't I leave zero stars????

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! These lamps are garbage!! They are made of cheap plastic. The so called paint was scratched everywhere. I literally threw it in the garbage. Total scam company.

The website and product information makes no mention of the fact this item is manufactured and shipped from China. Secondly, the quality is ridiculously poor. The Company obviously spent its capital on its deceptive website.

If I could give 0 stars I would but they don’t have that choice. Do not buy this product is cheap, not as advertised
