Bought a piece of jewellery for my partner. Perfect size. She loves it!
Due to it being a custom piece delivery was a little longer than anticipated. But perfect communication! I was notified of rough timing and our jewellery arrived.
I highly recommend elliegrace and look forward to purchasing again

Even though I had to wait as everyone deserves a holiday they kept up communications and honestly the bracelet is perfect

The only fault I had with the product was it arriving late about 2 weeks after my wife’s birthday, I messaged a few times to the company and they said it would be on its way. When the product arrived I was very pleased with the quality and how it was presented in its lovely presentation box, there was a light inside the lid which when opened lit up and made the necklace more stunning, my wife was thrilled with it. Would use the company again but would have to improve on delivery dates.

Very easy website to buy from I purchased one of the leather bracelets for a grandson the quality of the materials are excellent but one word of advice don’t rush. Give yourself plenty of time to order and to receive the item. I think these items are made to order are not off the shelf items so give yourself at least a month to order and receive. With the quality of the work and materials the price is excellent

Avoid this company! I purchased a bracelet on 10 Feb and expected to receive it within a week. After 2 weeks I queried the delay. I was inforned tge factory where made was closed for 2 weeks but my hracelet would be sent asap after that time! At which point i asked is it being made in China? The answer was yes!
Chinese NY ended 2 weeks ago but I still have not received it!
I asked for a refund. I did NOT get a response!
I have requested once more for a refund - I no longer want the bracelet! It's too late! I believe they are a SCAM.

Rather a long wait but the bracelet did arrive and I am delighted with it.the company were quick to respond to my queries and were courteous and helpful. My grandson is delighted with his bracelet.

Okay so my son loved his gift but he wasn’t wearing because he couldn’t open it, there was nothing wrong with the product it was a miscommunication and he didn’t really read the instructions properly nor me 🙄.
The great thing is that your support line was excellent and very helpful and swift in returning my email. They sent a video and the problem solved. Thanks so much the quality of your product is excellent and I’ll be buying my gifts from you in the future 👍

I ordered an engraved bracelet for my grandson, which he loved, I was then diagnosed with terminal cancer and he didn't want to tell me the catch wasn't working properly. I found out and contacted them, explaining time was of the essence, they were marvellous and kept in touch telling me how everything was coming along. I have now received a replacement also engraved

I had brought a wrist band for my son but unfortunately it didn't fit comfortably. Cess at Ellie Grace was magnificent in enabling me to return the item for a replacement bracelet for my sister, who is going through a tough time at the moment.

I bought my twins one each for Christmas. They love them and are constantly getting compliments on these bracelets. The meaning behind them are beautiful and they look super classy on.
Customer service was very good. Cass is very friendly and fast at responding when I had an enquiry. An absolute pleasure to buy from. Great to support an Aussie business and I will definitely look to purchase more in the future.

SCAM WARNING!!!!! Dont buy from this company! My necklace arrived snapped and chain broken. I have emailed and called and no reply or return of call. It's disgusting and disappointing how a company cannot get back to a customer ro replace what came beoken! so they have left me no choice but to leave this comment. DONT WASTE UR MONEY!!!!

Seen as though I can't reply to your reply of my review. Please don't tell lies and say that you have been updating my partner because he was also trying to email and contact you about this and you blocked his email so hense the reason why I have been contacting you.

I ordered two items on 9th February - two day later I got an email saying the factory is closed until 24th February! No mention of the closure on their website nor when placing my order . My orders have still not been received and have missed the important date for my gift to someone special. When I received the email about the factory closure, they said they were grateful for my order and would I put a positive review on Trustpilot - NO WAY and I will never use Ellie Grace ever again.

I bought an infinity bracelet for my husband for Valentine's day and had it inscribed. The bracelet was lovely but after 1 day the join between the infinity symbol and the bracelet broke. I contacted Ellie Grace and they answered my email within an hour and arranged for a replacement bracelet with engraving free of charge. The customer service has been amazing.
