Fantastic company, great to do business with would highly recommend them.

I seen the car online and liked it went down had a test drive in it had a good look around and loved it and the miles was really low was not pushed into it not like some places and 12 months cover and nice to deal with thanks mat 👍

I have just purchased a car from Elliott Jarvis Cars and I am over the moon with it!
Matt has gone over and beyond to make my purchase as smooth as possible, keeping me updated throughout. The car was delivered at a more than reasonable cost and was exactly as shown in the photos; no deposit required until I was 100% happy with it.
Matt sent a photo of the car with a big red bow on it as I wasn’t able to get to the garage in person and, on top of that, a bottle of Prosecco was sent with the driver! Where else would you possibly get that kind of service?
After so much time searching for a vehicle, and getting disheartened with overpriced cars and pushy salesmen, I was fortunate enough to find this little gem of a garage!
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these guys, they are professional, knowledgeable and friendly and made the whole experience stress free!

Okay my transaction was fairly long distance, but I have to say what great service from this Company. They do what they say they are going to do and do take the hassle away so well-done Steve and also Matt at EJ Cars

I recently purchased a car with this company, and would not hesitate to use them again. I appreciated their relaxed and non pressurising approach, and their before and after sales customer service is of a very high standard. I would highly recommend this business.

Part exchanged my car which was a smooth transaction. Any faults needed to be done were done well in time. Friendly, and even received a bottle of Prosecco which was a nice surprise. Recommend.

ref astra i agree you donot make the cars you sell but being aa approved there are a lot of checks to do before you sell a car how can all those faults have been missed and as for buying back the car you forgot to say it was for 1495 pounds less than what i paid for it so that is how much two and a half months ownership cost me but i took the hit to be glad to get rid now they know what wrong with it i hope they fix it before selling on

Just had the best experience buying a car from Steve. He went above and beyond. I can honestly say I felt at ease unlike some previous experiences, this makes all the difference. And the little touches are the icing on the cake. Nothing was too much trouble. Would have no problem recommending this business to friends. Such a personable guy.

Everything you want and need from a seller. Were not too pushy or demanding when we viewed the car and gave us amazing flexibility when viewing and buying. Great deals in regard to servicing, MOT and cover - would highly recommend buying from them.

I’m so glad I bought my car from Elliot Jarvis cars. They were honest and not pushy. So helpful with setting up my car tax etc. gave a fantastic warranty and AA cover. As a woman you always feel like second hand garages see £££ signs but not here! If you are especially a woman just feel confident they will help you without being pushy or selling you something you don’t want!

Matt went the extra mile to answer my pre purchase questions. he was prompt and knowledgeable.
The car was presented in first class order on collection and Matt went through all the car's settings prior to handover. Honestly the best car purchasing experience in over 40 years of motoring!

At the start of our car search we enjoyed the You Tube online tour of the vehicle which led us to make contact with Elliott Jarvis. Matt's first phone call with us was very friendly and enthusiastic and we received regular helpful updates regarding our potential purchase. Upon arriving at the garage we were kindly welcomed by Tom who kept us entertained with his coffee making skills - thank you Tom. Matt then took us through the purchase and made everything easy for us to understand and sort out. Matt was extremely professional, friendly and made the whole experience enjoyable. I don't have a bad word to say about Elliot Jarvis Cars. Right from me showing interest in a vehicle to the after care, their customer service has been amazing. I had a couple of issues with the car, Steve and his colleagues were incredible. I can not rate the company enough. Highly recommended company and would absolutely use again if needed in the future for car sales.
