While we don't verify specific claims because reviewers' opinions are their own, we may label reviews as "Verified" when we can confirm a business interaction took place. Read more

The owner, Mark, is known to be highly litigious and dishonest as both a buyer and seller. We didn’t know any of this until we signed with his firm to sell our house. I won’t go into too much detail here, but I recommend asking your solicitor and competitive estate agencies for their views. We will never buy a house listed by that firm.
The company did not act professionally and sincerely in the conduct of the sale of our property. They proved to be untrustworthy and caused both financial and Mental hardship to our family by their actions.

I had a viewing for one of the properties managed by Ellisons Property.
Mark Ellison Coulter called one day before to confirm the appointment. I asked him to please send me an email confirming the date and property, but I did not received anything from him.
As I did not have any confirmation email or written message with the date, time and address, I forgot to add this viewing to my calendar.
The viewing day Mark called me, and after I apologized for my mistake, Mark was awfully rude. By the end of the call he told me to F...k off.
I was quite in shock, but it did not stopped there, he later sent me a message again being rude.
I think we can all make mistakes, and I apologized for mine, he should have not been that rude.
