I was looking to buy a ring which was £219, but I had to wait 2 days until payday. Just gone back on to order it and it is now £454....how is that even possible. More than doubled in 2 days.
That's a ridiculous increase...think I'll just look elsewhere

I’m so glad I found Elma Jewellery, after weeks of searching on and offline, I found the perfect platinum band for my husband to be. At first I was very cautious as the value was unbelievable!! I did my research and after reading other reviews, I decided to purchase the ring. Let me tell you, I am so happy with the ring… i did a dance. The ring looks amazing, the best quality, engraving is all perfect, honestly I am so happy and know he will love it too!! Given quality and value I will be shopping here again. Ordered two rings on Friday evening. Received email with the tracking numbers on Monday and arrived on Tuesday. Great product quality and Excellent service and well recommended.

I bought a set of matching wedding rings as a gift for my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary from Elma jewellery via eBay. They arrived promptly and after taking a quick look I put them away until the required time. Unfortunately when the moment came to try them on, I had managed to get both sizes wrong and they were to big. I looked at the return policy and I only had around 3 days to do so which was no good for me as we were away celebrating. I contacted Elma jewellery and they were very understanding and replied back saying no worries just return them asap and they would exchange them for the correct sizes. So on return home I sent them away and within 3 days I received the correct size rings which was fantastic and made my wife and I very happy.
So I would just like to say thank you Elma jewellery for being understanding and bravo on your excellent handling of this situation in correcting my mistake so quickly, it is really appreciated and I would recommend anybody to use these jewellers in the future. Many thanks from a happy customer. A++++

Bought matching white gold wedding bands in June for our marriage in August. The product was:

His & Hers 3&5mm 9ct White Gold D Shaped Lightweight Wedding Ring Bands

At time of writing these cost us £300, we weren't expecting amazing but what we actually got what looked and felt like £30 argos rings. For reference these are now listed on Elma website for £368 with engraving. I pity the people who purchase this product. Aside the fact of it's highly inflated price, the quality is poor and very disappointing.

We have worn our rings since 3th August, we have in that time been on holiday 1 week and at home 1 week. Neither of us have been at work or done any manual labour. Our rings look atrocious in just a few weeks they have scratches all over them. Mine looks like I've thrown it on gravel and kicked it about. £300! I've never felt so ripped off and I'm debating further action.

My order was delivered promptly and I then realised that I ordered the wrong sizes. I send them back on Saturday morning and I have received my rings today Tuesday .

Excellent service. We needed to exchange our rings twice as they didn’t fit but this was done very quickly with no fuss. I would use Elma jewellery again.
