There are some things of the rv that doesn’t work, for example de usb chargers in front o the car, don’t have car play and the levelers doesn’t work.

Always great with El Monte RV. Easy communication, pick up & drop off.

Overall the RV did it's job for the week that we rented it but lots od hiccups. Made aj appt for a pickup at 1pm got there and got through no problems, front desk ladies super helpful and nice, got sent to the patio and got stuck waiting for 2.5hrs....waited 1hr went and checked in, was told it was on the way, came back 30 mins later was told 20 mins more, went back 30 mins later, was told it was on its way out. Finally came out, the back workers had 0 customer service, not friendly, didnt tell us half the issues that was documented on the inspection report, didnt show us the black tank gages, but we needed to go so we left. Driving away I open the report to see that the awning is broken, the black tank wasnt emptied and was as 1/3 full...got to our location and the lights are flickering, go to turn on the water and any time a sink got turned on the lights went out...not sure why those 2 were connected. Headlights kept flashing all week, had to run the generator constantly just to get the lights to work with the water...when it was time for return we let the service people know, they ran a report and turns out our rv had bad batteries. Got a partial refund, again front desk ladies were extremely helpful.

Overall renting from El Monte was an ok experience. A few things that i liked were the easy pickup process and the easy online booking. Some of the things i didnt like were the condition of the RV, and the drop off process took forever. The RV we picked up was a 2025 model but had almost 50k miles on it. You could tell it was pretty beat up, the alignment was way off, the ride was terrible, everything was squeaking and making noise as we drove down the street. The locking compartments didnt work and many things just were damaged or broken. Overall, for our first RV experience it was ok, however next time we will be more specific about the type, model, and condition of the RV we rent so we can get a better experience.

All good first time renting it was smoother than I thought

There are long wait times to process in and no crowds to blame for it. Seems a bit disorganized. The unit we rented had about 45k miles on it, it felt like 145k miles on, rattled and made a lot of noises on the road. Everything seemed to work ok, as long as you were on level ground. If it wasn't perfectly level, the bathroom sink water backed up into the shower.

RVs are always spotless. Adding utensils and dishes was a definite plus .

Good customer service

Just an amazing experience from start to finish. We had the medium size class C and everything was very easy to use and the vehicle was easy to drive. I 100% recommend and will definitely be making another adventure with El Monte RV. I definitely advise getting the additional insurance. I purchased the VIP package and ended up needing it when I was parking in a tight spot and tour the awning. Everyone was very helpful and understanding when I returned the RV with the damage.

Almost new vehicle, no defects. No problems on the road. Easy return.

After many many years of renting the larger units from El Monte RV, this rental was the absolute worst ever. The unit we got was falling apart. We struggled with the decision of traveling to our destination, wondering if we would make it there and back.

Outside of waiting 2hours to pick up RV, it was a great experience overall. Clean unit and easy to learn all the functions. Very comfortable to sleep in everything worked well.

The communication and fast check in with the RV

My family‘s entire experience with El Monte RV in Santa Fe Springs was beyond what we expected.
The service from their reservation department to the drop off, exceeded our expectations.
The 32 foot Ford Pursuit Coach RV that we rented was a 2024 model super clean and in excellent condition.
We had bad experiences at other venues, where would you reserved Was not what they advertised.
I recommend this place to anybody even for their first time RV rentals. Thank you, El Monte RV. We had a great vacation!

Process was fast a very professional, they answered all my questions, I am very pleased with el monte rv.

The staff were superb, so friendly and helpful.

Definitely will be hiring again.
