This company has disappeared. Website no longer functioning, phone number disconnected, facebook page down. Not answering emails. Paid £365 for a Level 4 IQA course. 4 out of 6 assignments completed - but now worthless and have lost my fee. No communications from the company at all.

I have been sending 3 emails in 14 days (since my purchase) asking for my course access. I am super disappointed as I already made payment for it.

Liquidation rumour with no prior warning for existing learners.

The assessor has not answered my emails since the beginning of January, the website has gone and all emails are being undelivered!

Uploaded my last two assignments a few weeks ago, one of them came back as a pass on 14th March and I was waiting on the last one so that I could pass the course. Website down, email coming back undelivered and telephone number not recognised. How do I get my work back and my money???

I seem to have been conned. Feel humiliated.

Was days away from certification. Went to log in to submit my last pieces and the portal has disappeared. Website has disappeared. Phone number does not work. Tutors do not respond to emails. All social media profiles have been deactivated. Devastated as all work was saved to the portal. Fraudulent company.

The website seems to be down, but I can get hold of anyone. Is anyone able to able to help?

I am near the end of my Aet and due to finish, tried logging in at the weekend. But couldn't log in and the number and emails do not work. Not sure what to do.

I started my IQA course and have been trying to log in. When searching, it looks like the company has closed and courses can no longer be accessed and completed. Phone numbers won’t go through and no reply to emails!

Started my course 10 days ago and seems the company must have gone into administration ? Website is no longer available and the number doesn’t work

Is anyone else having issues with the website

I am currently in the middle of a course with ELN. Their website seems to be shut down and the phone lines are not connected! I assume they have gone bankrupt with my money!

This company has disappeared and there is no way to contact them.
I went on to the ELN website and Learning Portal on Friday morning and couldn’t access it and my email to them about it bounced back the next day.
I tried to phone them on Monday morning as I had an observation booked but the number just rang and rang with no answer. The tutor did not turn up for the observation session.
I noticed some comments from people on their Facebook page about it but the social media sites have now been removed and the phone line is now disconnected!
We have no information about what is going on and no way to contact them.
I have lodged a complaint with Pearson (my awarding body) to see what they can do. Hopefully I can transfer to another provider - and hopefully at no additional cost!

The company has disappeared with my money, everything seems to be shut down with no explanation or consideration for the students that have lost money, work, certificates and more.
