Gemma Cameron

Had literally finished all work for course, and they have dissolved the company with not one bit of communication. Disgusting all the hard work put in and months of work. If anyone can contact me please do immediately!!

The Website has disappeared with no notice. This is so disappointing after all the time I spent on the DET level 5. I even paid for an extension due to unforeseen circumstances. I also have another colleague who just joined the course and now possibly lost money. It would have been good if there was some announcement made. I can’t find the page on any social media sites. I have found one of the tutors on LinkedIn and messaged them. I don’t know what steps to take next.

Appalled and disappointed - TAKE ACTION

Updated review:
My name on Facebook is ‘Chloe Henton’.
I have created a Facebook group called ‘E-Learning Network (ELN) - TAKE ACTION’.
Please join to discuss how we take action on ELN & Sana Farooq to get our money back and complete our qualifications. Thanks

I have been completing the Level 5 Diploma in Education and Training for 2+ years. I am 95% complete with only 2 essays to go. All my work has been accepted and passed. Went on to the ELN website on Sunday morning and couldn’t access it.
I then noticed all the websites were inaccessible and emails/calls were bouncing back.
I tried to contact them on social media on Facebook and X, commenting on posts, yet today, the social media sites have been removed.
Sana Farooq has disappeared from LinkedIn and I cannot contact any associated colleagues or tutors.
I am appalled that I have spent so long completing this course and spending £1400.
I will be taking action this week; not only attempting to get my money back, but attempting to get my certificate through Pearson or transferring my work to another provider.
I will also be contacting my union, Citizens Advice, my local MP, OFQUAL and the D of E if it means I get this qualification.

Site down, phones unanswered and their deleting traces!

Website is down, no contact when you call via telephone.

They’ve recently removed their Facebook and the linked in.

It’s looking suspicious. For those that have spent money, the company is owned by Sana Farooq. I’m giving it a moment but I’m going to make sure I have legal action ready.

Probable company no longer exists

I’m enrolled on the L5 DET course. ELN website and LMS is inaccessible since I tried to access on Sunday morning. I have unofficially learnt from other learners’ comments, on the now removed ELN Facebook page, that the company has shut down. I’m awaiting official notice.

It took me ages to get into the course…

It took me ages to get into the course but that was me coming from a different world. When finally things began to click I found it so interesting and being coaxed and nudged along by my wonderful tutor who has patience of a saint watching me grapple with these concepts. Thank you Farheen. I still feel I should improve my computer skills as this was the thing that I found the hardest in the end - but a wonderful course and thank you Farheen.

My confidence level in teaching went from 0-95 after the course completion and trust me guys, it worth giving a try if you want to embark on a teaching journey.
