The course covered the basics well. This is a good starting point for begginers and covers good topics to consider when educating adults. The content was easy to organise, the learning system was well designed and the best part of it was the tutor Farheen. She was very professional, encouraging and helpful.

I completed their Level 3 teaching course, and it was great. Very accessible and well rounded. I want to specifically thank Farheen, who was very supportive and efficient in her communication throughout the whole process. She also kindly allowed me to pause my course when recovering from illness, and was very accommodating in her communication around this, which I really appreciate.

The support from all team from initial consultation was excellent. The website has all the resources needed to complete the DET. The guidance is clear, with video quiz, links for further reading. Induction to the course great.

I have just completed the ELN Lv. 3 Award in Education & Training + Assessors course. My tutor was Dee. It was a very nice and pleasant journey. Everything is nicely set and presented, the videos were very helpful but even Dee was very helpful and always full of positivity.

I requested extra time due to work commitments, ofsted inspection, no reply not sure why,

This course has helped me bring together all the learning I have been doing on the job and helped me clearly see why we do things how we do, that I work for a fantastic company, and that I have more ability than I give myself credit for.
The self-paced nature meant I could easily fit it around my diary and didn't add too much stress to my work commitments.
I now feel better equipped to support and develop my learners in all aspects of their learning journey.
Farheen gave constructive and concise feedback, she would respond and mark work quickly, and offered opportunities to join calls for further support.

I studied with ELN and gained the Level 3 Vocational Assessor Certificate with Dee as tutor. It's a great set-up for busy professionals as you can do it in your own time. I found the videos and other resources helpful for all three units. The assignments were structured logically and the platform was easy to use. Dee was very supportive and marked/answered queries very quickly.

The tutor Ms Farheen was very responsive and helpful with useful guidance when completing assignments. She also got back to me very quickly which was really important so that I didn't carry doing other assignments and not knowing if I was on the right track

I signed up to an online course recently, and having made a range of enquiries via email to Stanley, I was really impressed with the speed of his responses. My questions were answered and my account set up by Stanley very quickly. I am already half way through my course and the help and support so far has been great. I have just completed the level 3 Assessors course with ELN. To be honest I was very surprised at the amount of help and support I received from the tutor I was assigned. My Tutor "Dee" was awesome giving me advice and guidance from start to finish. If you are looking for any courses, you will not go wrong with ELN.

I have just completed a course through ELN. My tutor, Farheen, was very supportive and was always ready to give praise when I got things right. On the other hand Farheen was very diplomate when I didn't quite give enough information on my Assignments. Would thoroughly recommend this course.
