Did a course for Assessor and this was a very solid online course from ELN.
I was very pleased that they were flexible as I had a full-time job next to this. The support from Dee is very good and she is clear in her instruction, Nor does she mind if you come back to her with additional questions.
I also was very pleased that this course was inline with my daily learning and practices. All my assignments where covering my daily job and I was able to get this better structured.
I hope I will be able to find the time & opportunity to do another course.

The enrollment process was smooth and unambiguous. The way the LMS is set up is quite user-friendly. There's continuous support from the tutor, too. I recommend ELN to all those aspiring assessors out there.

The online course is super-smooth to use and provides you with everything you need; I like a book to accompany so I bought the recommended textbook (second hand).
Responses from the tutors are prompt and helpful.
The Level 3 work is assessed by ELN before submission to the accreditors, and that process is out of ELN's control and takes a few weeks.
Back to ELN's delivery, course was useful, interesting, helped me understand what I need for my role. Very much recommended.

Today I have competed the Level 3 Award in Assessing Vocational Skills and it was great experience through out the course. My tutor and assessor Ms Cordelia Castle (Dee) was supportive and always sent the prompt response whenever i required the support to understand about the subject or units. I learnt the quality knowledge and skills during the course as intended initially. We can recommend these e-learning courses in our connections if someone would be interesting in future. I recently completed a Level 3 Award in Education and Training with ELN and had a fantastic experience. The course is well set out and easy to navigate. There are useful tutorials and online tutors are on hand to support whenever needed. My tutor was Farheen, who was excellent in providing support and feedback throughout the course. She always made time to catch up with me and answer any questions I had, but mostly, she was supportive and encouraging, making the course enjoyable. The content of the course itself is useful and broken down into five parts. There are tutorial guides which explain how to approach each assignment which was really useful. The learning materials were varied and easy to understand. Farheen was amazing throughout the course, very understanding and just a lovely person! Thank you so much!

I recently commenced and completed a PTTLLS course to allow me to teach within my nursing role. I found the experience very positive, enjoyed the forum chats, the excellent feedback from the tutor Farheen Zahid and the overall experience. The online process and layout of the course was easy to navigate and there is excellent videos to advise of expectations of each unit. Very professional and enjoyable experience.

I have taken the CAVA course and I was very pleased with the overall experience. The course content was very clear. The platform was easy to navigate, but more importantly, the course tutor was AMAZING. She was always there to provide support on any matter related to the course. She provide me with useful support all the way from day 1. I will highly recommend my relatives and friend who want to joint the course to study with ELN.

I have recently completed the Level 4 Certificate in Internal Quality Assurance with ELN. I had a fantastic experience as I was able to complete the course very quickly thanks to George who was my tutor. All of the assignments and resources were very easy to access and instructions were clear on how they should be completed. In addition to this, tutorial videos were also beneficial as it showed step by step what needed to be done to complete each unit. George was also available and gave feedback on assessments very quickly. I would definitely recommend ELN to others!
