Only started my course a couple of weeks ago but so far found the tutor helpful and easy to get hold of with any queries

I want to say a big thanks to my tutor Farheen :) Excellent service! The pre-course support was good, providing relevant information and support. This support was then replicated within the course itself, with great guidance and support from the assessor and an excellent turnaround time on the feedback of the work submitted. I felt there was a desire to go above and beyond to provide a wonderful learning experience.

I recently completed my level 3 award AET, found the experience very good, excellent support from my tutor Farheen with timely feedback and pointers for how to complete the assignments successfully. They were also accommodating when I had personal issues during the course. All concepts covered and easily explained with drop in sessions to discuss any problems too. Thanks

Excellent course. Clear tutorials and classroom setting videos were really helpful. Source material all there to to able to complete assignments. My tutor, Faheen, was quick to mark submitted work and answer any questions, and made positive and encouraging comments to keep me motivated throughout the course.

Really enjoyed the experience of the short course. Easy to navigate the ELN platform.

I completed a CAVA via ELN and my tutor Dee. The resources were really clearly laid out with videos supporting the different units and sections. My tutor, Dee, was quick to assess and provide feedback, helping me to improve and develop. She also met me right at the start of the programme which made the whole process more personal and gave me the chance to ask questions. One area to improve could be to offer a scheduled tutorial halfway though the programme.

I found the whole experience really positive.
I was blown away with the help and support I received during my course from Farheen my tutor.
My assignments were marked and questions answered very quickly meaning there was never a hold up on my work.
Nothing was too much trouble.
I will definitely be booking another course soon.

As a mature student, I have just completed Level 3 award in education and training with the assessors theory unit. A great experience, with excellent training material and support from a personal tutor, Dee, who was first class! Thanks Dee! Looking forward to the next course with ELN.

I have not had to study in a formal manner for many years. Although I am only a week into my course (AET Level 3), I am impressed with the content, the online lay-out of the materials, the accessibility, and the speed with which I have been able to liaise with my tutor and other ELN staff. It is encouraging for someone new to this format of study that it works well and is not a complicated process.

Very good support from tutor Farheen with very prompt feedback and marking.
The course was well-designed. There were some areas that I felt were a bit confusing and less clear but on the whole a very thorough and interesting course that I would recommend.

I can truly say that the support I got was second to none. Dee was excellent with her guidance and her Assessments. I will use ELN again in the future

I have just completed Level 3 award in Education and Training. On early stage when I was exploring the course to make a final decision to roll out for the course, Stanley was so supportive to reply to my questions with clarifications.
Later on, when I enrolled to this course and started learning, I found the course content very easy to understand and learn, also the course structure was easy for use. Through reading, listening and watching the materials, writing assignments, day by day you feel how your knowledge is being topped up with new useful information.
One of the most enjoyable parts of this course was my tutor - Farheen Zahid, who supported me through the learning process. Very responsive, professional, fair, constructive person. Her reviews on assignments, valuable advises and instructions are vital to understand the material correctly as well as grow up to the correct destination on the learning process.
I would strongly recommend the ELN platform to whoever is exploring learning resources in various disciplines: I think ELN is exactly what you would like to find.

The course was clearly and efficiently set out and the website was easy to navigate through for the course material. It was made clear at every stage what the expectations were and the Tutor support was really helpful. My Tutor responded very quickly with all queries and was constructive with her feedback for all work submitted. I'll look here in future if I need any more qualfications.

I have undertaken the PTLLS with ELN recently. I found many aspects quite beneficial and helpful. I will evaluate different aspects below, according to my own personal experience. So, do NOT use my personal experience as a general reference, please.

1) The content: It was focused and concise. Also, it added valuable knowledge and reiterated some information I had forgotten.
2) Assessment: There were too many essay-writing assessments, with which a few required reading in policies and global guidelines regarding some points. Although most of my assessments were returned to be edited due to some points I alternated, those points were not clearly mentioned in the task description as "mandatory", which was time-consuming for me to edit and re-submit.
3) LMS design: It was obvious and user-friendly. I did not even need to watch the introductory video.
4) Instructor: I was happy to have Ms Farheen as an instructor. She had been very supportive and a quick responser. Her feedback on my assignments was constructive and in a very acceptable manner.

Overall, if I were to rate my experience with ELN, I would give 8/10.
