Elonpuzzle Reviews

As seems common, my puzzle arrived in a small bag with a tiny picture. Several pieces had been broken in transit as there was no protective packaging. On top of that, it wasn’t the puzzle I had ordered. It was a gift so I ended up buying another from a different company and gifting both. When sent a picture of the “completed” puzzle (broken pieces obviously missing), I was surprised to see it was so small as I had ordered the large! The colours are quite dull and not as advertised. Offered a voucher but no refund on postage or paid postage for anything I purchased with the voucher. Customer service was shocking.

Can only give this review as I purchased the puzzle as a present for a person who owns a Beagle - Elonpuzzle gave quick service and delivery and great to be able to track the item

Was disappointed in how the product was shipped to me and its quality of presentation. The velvet bag was cheap looking and there is no large image to follow. It didnt arrive with the same level of quality displayed on the website.

Much lower quality than the advertising shows. No box. Jigsaw comes in a bag with a small tag to show the image making the popular mandala or yin yang style of pattern very difficult to assemble. The wood is rather inferior and a few pieces arrive broken. I ordered 3 different puzzles in their 'closing down' sale but all have the same shaped pieces with the same faults. Nice designs but not worth the high price tag - feels like a cheap copy of a quality item. A shame.

I love these puzzles. The detail in making them is very impressive. I have glued the three that I purchased and everyone loves them. Have there more waiting to be put together.

Horrible!!! I ordered the Medium size and the puzzle pieces are no larger than my fingernail. They arrive in a bag, not in the nice box that's shown on the website. The picture is about 1" x 1" so there's no way to figure out how to put this together. And the whole thing smells. If you want to return it, you have to pay the shipping back to China!

The puzzles are very pretty. Unfortunately, they come with photos that are a little smaller than the size of my actual thumbnail. I had to take a picture of it and then keep zooming in on my phone to see what the puzzle was supposed to look like. For almost $70 for 3 puzzles, they could've thrown in a piece of paper with a picture on it. Ridiculous.

Ridiculous and frustrating experience. Puzzle was extremely low quality and images on the pieces were incomplete. I immediately notified them requesting to return and sent pictures. Their response was that they could only give me a coupon for a future purchase, which of course I won't be using. Disappointing customer service, don't buy.

Terrible customer service. My puzzles arrived in bags, not the lovely box shown in the ad, and the only picture to guide you on how it should look was tiny. I had bought three, and was not happy with them, so requested a full refund in line with their refund policy shown on their website. Despite many emails, they are refusing a refund, for no reason, just saying it is not possible the moment, and offering a voucher. I don't want a voucher, as I would not buy from them again. I can't get anywhere with them at all, just banging my head on a brick wall. This is nothing less than fraud.

These puzzles are truly beautiful, but not really for young kids, since the pieces are unusual sizes and shapes. I ordered puzzles for friends and family for birthdays & Christmas, and they arrived quickly & in fantastic condition. The prices are reasonable, especially if you take advantage of one of their many sales. I even picked up a couple for myself!

Was not easy but rewarding in the end

DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!! The puzzles are NOT as shown or described in their ad. And NO refunds!! STAY AWAY and DON'T WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY!!! This business should be reported as a fraud

Very cool puzzles! Just wish there was a larger picture of the puzzle that came with it. Otherwise, great!

I was very skeptical about my purchase, but did receive 5 puzzles I had ordered. Originally for my grandkids for Christmas, they are way to difficult for younger kids. The one puzzle of a lambo, pieces were very small, like 1/4”, but the the other 4 are a decent size of 1/2”. The one puzzle of a bear is all of similar colors and impossible to complete so I gave up! These are only $25, so really great for the price. We have a local puzzlemaker here in Calgary that sells for $140. Cdn made with real wood, so to me these are well worth the money, just make sure you realize the size. I say very entertaining!

I'm on my 2nd order now. I have 8 puzzles in total and I love them.
Have decided today to order some more as I wish to use mine as a decorative item within my home. Puzzle glue works very well on these.

I received the two puzzles I ordered and it two of the pieces in one puzzle were damaged. I immediately let them know and they replied by telling me they could not refund or exchange. Also, the puzzle came with less pieces than the description said it had. I will not order any more puzzles from this site. Would have bought more if my experience was good.

Very different from traditional puzzles as the pieces comes in every shapes, even the rectangular ones it's not easy to find the pieces that makes the frame! Love it! Beautiful design, good quality and super fast shipping.

I would give this company ZERO stars if possible. Ordered item, said it was delivered but I never received it. Company not willing to refund my money or resend item. DONT GET SCAMMED LIKE I DID!!!

Great puzzles. They fit perfectly together. No glare and fun pieces to make it challenging

This was a gift and it didn’t come in a box. Very disappointed and when I reached out to someone I never heard back. I hope all the pieces are there. The image to reference for the completed puzzle is a tiny piece of paper loosely attached to a bag. For this amount of money, even with the discount, that is not acceptable.
