Delicious coffee and excellent service

Highly recommend Elsewhere Coffee!
Their Hackney café/kiosk is also worth a visit, they make delicious coffees and pastries.
Speed and deliciousness
The coffee arrived promptly and the beans were very fresh and well roasted. I have made several excellent coffees since.
Fantastic coffee & service
I've been both to the roaster in deptford when visiting London and also ordered beans to my house. Both times have been a treat - when buying in the roaster you get a free coffee with every bag, so if you're in the area I'd recommend grabbing a bag while you're there. Ordering online was a super easy process, as you'd hope/expect nowadays.
Now onto the important part: how is the coffee?
Very rarely have I come across a roaster who are as consistent both in their QC and creativity. I recently bought their giant tortoise from the Galapagos islands which was incredibly unique, I also bought their cherry kiss, which was a valentine's day themed cherry co-ferment - I've obviously seen co-ferments everywhere, but there's nowhere else I can think of that does holiday themed coffees which actually make sense beyond vaguely tasting like orange for Christmas.
Service:
Just generally fantastic, they were lovely in-store and when I've messaged them on IG asking for brewing tips for the giant tortoise they sent me their brew recipes the same day.

The coffee itself, fantastic!
Roasters who really know their coffee
I hardly ever buy products that use ads on social media, and almost never when it's coffee (I buy from small, independent roasteries I know and trust) But... Elsewhere intrigued me: Their logo, of someone disappearing down the rabbit-hole of specialty coffee, amused me. Their bean selection was interesting. The deal price was on point. I was low on coffee. Throwing caution to the wind, I ordered two different Ethiopian coffees: one washed, the other natural. They arrived, well-packaged, with a cute handwritten note thanking me by name for my order, within 3 days. Both bags were lightly roasted but, in the warm summer air, the beans smelled great. It's an art (and an exact science) to be able to roast this delicately, reach the flavour profile you want and not exceed it, and Elsewhere do indeed seem to be artists with this ability. Both coffees are delicious and match their tasting notes perfectly. It may not sound like much, but that's all it takes to know you have stumbled upon a great roaster. They're not the cheapest coffee roasters around, but with global coffee prices rising, Elsewhere's pricing is certainly in line with other roasteries who offer a product of this high quality. Geographically, they're fairly local too, based in South London, so my future orders, of which there may well be many, won't have to travel far.
I love being able to get amazing coffee…
