Great customer service, ordered 2 pairs of Nike Air Jordans and one pair were sent on 3 to 5 day delivery.
I had a message explaining one pair were delayed and would ship soon.
Unfortunately they weren't able to source them before Christmas. I received ans email explaining this and a full refund was issued. Amazing service in my eyes. To have a refund back in my account immediately and without me even asking was brilliant. Just means the money can be spent on other presents now.
The pair I did receive are stunning.
