Even though this brand is fairly new they definitely know how to make their customers happy. I had my New Jordan's within 2 working days. Furthermore, they also do free Returns/Exchanges which is definitely a shout.
Additionally, they literally reply to your queries within 1 hour which is MIND-BLOWING. I wanted to exchange the shoes for a bigger size which was again nicely handled by one of their team members named SAM. I received the replacement within 2-3 working days.
My new favourite brand <3 they are definitely doing a way better job than NIKE themselves. I have been chasing Nike since 3/4 months regarding the same shoes and they always give the same copy pasted replies and they don't even restock which is a shame!!
Anyway, KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK ELUSIVE!!!!!!
