First time with elvoline and everything was good... from belgium

Great experience booking with Elvoline, everything was as advertised. Great price, will definitely book with Elvoline again.

The Premier Inn Kingston is perfectly located close to the shopping and the river with all the charming restaurants. The staff at Premier was very accommodating and pleasant, and a special thank you to Gino, who seemed to be everywhere doing a great job!! Rooms were clean and comfortable and great for the price!

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE!

I had a booking which I needed to amend 3 weeks prior to my hotel stay, so as to check out a day sooner. Unable to do so online without a Elvoline account. I used their contact form, no answer, so a week later I emailed them directly. No answer. I tried using the phone number listed on their website - an automated message directed me to use email and the call ended. It is now a week AFTER my stay, and I have still not heard back from Elvoline, and I'm sure I'll never see my partial refund materialise.

I regret having used them, and I'm glad I only got stiffed for a night's stay.. Wish I had read reviews prior to booking through them.

It was ok but first we became a room for 2 person and it was not ok. We said that and we stay than in another room.

Several time sent email asking for change reservation and never, never received answer.

Elvoline is a very bad company, they say its easy to cancel a booking but you just cannot, eveytime I cancel my booking keeps saying error, when I call them they keep saying leave a message (there is no way you can speak to someone, every options says the same thing as it just says to leave a message), every time I leave a message no one replies. After a month of problems I called trading standards & my credit card company to get my money back, this took a lot of time. I have done many research & many people had the same issues I had. I strongly advise no one to use this company, they provide good hotels & prices which attracts peoples but as soon as you book it, you will have continues problems.

After I had booked a hotel in Toronto at a fantastic price compared to other websites (and almost half the price of booking direct with the hotel itself - Fairmont Royal York - awesome hotel, btw), I then began to question if this was too good to be true.
I emailed the hotel directly and they confirmed the booking.
When we arrived everything was in order, nothing to pay.
There have been lots of bad reviews of Elvoline, but for me they were great,

Evoline did their job by making sure that's my hotel was booked and everything went smoothly. The hotel I went to absolutely sucked but I don't think that is their fault. As far as I know this company is just responsible for making the bookings and the arrangements.

4.breakfast is below expectation.

Elvoline was not reachable before arrival and it seems they are bankrupt.

Do not use Elvoline! The company has dissolved their business and no longer respond to any messages or telephone calls. I've been stuck with a bill as I was unable to cancel my reservation due to this. DO NOT USE.

The booking was for our annual family trip 2 adults and 1 child (8yrs). We didn’t get what we paid for.. apparently the information sent to Hilton was incomplete and they didn’t have a correct room for us. The room was for only 2 people, 1 adult and 1 child.
Very disappointed with the service we got.

I cancel anticipation my reservation I have not received answer or my money back

we were helped by Anne when we arrived and she helped us pleasantly
but the room was small and there was no cubbaord for our clothes

Perfect location for our short visit to North East London , with good local restaurants nearby. Historically the building doesn't have a lift so for 70 yr olds / 2 single rooms, the 65 +stairs were a challenge each time. The rooms were of a good size for this brief stay and very well equipped, and clean, though my personal duvet cover was wearing rather thin . Friendly staff and excellent continental breakfast.
Would like to stay again ...and just have to keep fit to do so !
