DO NOT USE ELVOLINE
I paid my hotel booking in full to Elvoline prior to staying at a Premier Inn, they never transferred the funds. As a result I was asked by the hotel to pay for my room a second time at check-in.
I've been trying to get a refund from Elvoline for over 3 months now, alas, to no avail. I managed to get a reply in the early stages of my quest from an elusive David Sute who has since been in radio silence.
I'm now having to go through my credit card supplier to take matters further in order to get a refund.
Do not use this company for bookings.
Everything was as advertised
Everything was as advertised. The room was ready when we arrived. Would recommend to anyone wanting to save money on their next hotel stay.
Booked a hotel in London
Booked a hotel in London. Hotel was OK but Elvoline promised we could change the reservation within a certain time period. We reduced the reserved dates by one day but they have not refunded the money. They charged our credit card immediately and don't seem willing to live by their own policy. Will use the hotel again, but not Elvoline.

The hotel the staff along with the service was first class throughout
The staff were very helpful and friendly, service elevator door noisy
The staff were very helpful and friendly, the room size at least average in size and always kept very clean.
Like some other hotels the lobby is not at ground level requiring use of elevators which has it's disadvantages.
We stayed in room 430 (I think) which happened to be next to the door leading to the service elevator used by the room cleaners and it constantly made a loud noise when closing making afternoon rest difficult. Maybe the hotel should consider ensuring the door closer be adjusted so that it does not allow the door to bang shut and/or rubber stoppers to reduce/eleminate the noise. We would never want to stay in that room (or 330, 530, 630 etc) for that reason.
Enjoyable Stay, made easy.
Easy to use website, that provided my family and I with great hotel, with a great friendly service.

A lovely welcoming with informative and polite staff. A rare blend of Scottishness with what is actually an international hotel. Well appointed rooms with large comfy bed - a great nights sleep. Complimentary use of the Spa area which includes a lovely warm pool - we used this before breakfast - so refreshing. Breakfast is buffet style with choice you would expect - the scrambled egg was sooohh good!
Overall, such a lovely stay, infact a treat.
