Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service, not helpful at all. They are trying to charge us admin fee for a flight that airlines cancelled. (£25 per.person) I will never ever book with them again. Don't book with them if you want to save your time and money. And now they reported my review as they don't want people to know the truth. I have all the email chain proving what I wrote!

terrible customer service

terrible customer service, premium rate number after booking for contact and charge admin fee to refund flight the AIRLINE has cancelled not myself which is NOT covered in your T&C's. You have also charged a ATOL and not ATOL protected my flight

Horrible response in the last few…

Horrible response in the last few weeks. No replies to multiple emails and costs. No response on tickets purchased worth 1200£ even though the airlines promised credits for rebooking. Pathetic, horrible, avoid.

Slimeballs

Shocking company taking advantage of vulnerable consumers during a pandemic. Little to no communication and deleting user comments to try and protect their brand identity. Charging £275 to get a refund they are obliged to give. Avoid avoid avoid.

Absolute joke of a company

Absolute joke of a company. Singapore airlines have cancelled my flight due to Covid-19 so I have asked for a refund which I can have apparently, but I would have to pay £200 cancellation fee and £75 admin fee to get my £578 refunded. I know times are difficult but don't rip your customer off and say that this has come from the airline because I am not stupid. Luckily I raised a dispute with my bank a few weeks ago now regarding this and they will be taking this up with Email flights.

Would never book anything with this company ever again as they just want to Rip there customers off. Its taken them 2 weeks to reply to my last email and can never get hold of them on the phone either. My advise is to steer well clear of Email flights.

I have been trying to get in touch with…

I have been trying to get in touch with Emailflights for 3 weeks in light of current circumstances to sort out my booking (London to Bali via SingaporeAir) Singapore Air have waivered all rebooking fees for flights between the 5th March to 31st May which we fall under. I managed to FINALLY get an email from Emailflights stating that we are able to rebook (yes I know!!!) but will have to pay a £75.00 admin fee per ticket plus any additional costs for the flights - what planet are they on?! In normal circumstances, £75 is ridiculous as it is but during a global pandemic they're really taking the p*ss, we aren't choosing to not travel?! I will be contacting my credit card provider to see where we stand and will be claiming a FULL refund if I am able, also reporting this company to trading standards. If anyone else has any other recommendations please let me know - we have spent around £1200 on flights and I am not spending any more.

Well the law says if the airline…

Well the law says if the airline cancelled a flight you are entitled to a full refund within 14 days ..
I have let them know I want a full refund ..
Let's see if they chose to ignore the law or respond ..

This company is hiding behind Travel News and is a disgrace

This company is infact hiding behind another called News Travel - see UK companies house - it lists the one director as it looks like the other director married to the remaining bailed - I suggest everyone uses chargeback with their bank - follows it up with company house in the UK - and uses social media to make certain no one else is scammed by them - also, using a premium charge phone number post contract ( ie after your booking is done) is prohibited by statute in england so if anyone wants to start a media campaign I am in with you.

Same situation as many

Same situation as many. Paid for flights to Australia, no response no answer, nothing. My flights were cancelled, last response was to rebook using credit that I haven't been officially issued. But I need a refund.

i have tried to contact the customer…

i have tried to contact the customer service with no answer at all phone , email ,,,
i am due to travel from London to Egypt and all flights were cancelled due to covid crisis..i need either to postpone the flight to another date or a refund ( even i know and agree that they will take admin fees) but even No answer at all

Email flights - joke of a company!! DO NOT BOOK WITH THEM

Booked flights to Dubai in October and was meant to be flying out on 7/4/20. Flights have been cancelled and I completely agree and understand why during the current circumstances. However, this company is refusing to refund my flights as they have said the airline I am flying with is saying my flight is non refundable even though they cancelled the flight. Checked with the airline and they’re currently refunding their customers for cancelled flights. Email flights customer service is a complete joke they failed to contact me back for weeks and now are refusing to refund my flights and are expecting me to PAY to change the date of my flights even though I am unable to make alternative arrangements due to personal circumstances.

Awful refund service. Absolutely dishonest company. Do not use under any circumstances. Failed to refund me despite weeks of asking. Countless emails and still no progress. This company steals people’s money. Do not use.

Worst company ever

Im sitting 1 hour after my flight should have departed and I've still not received any correspondence from emailflights.com despite being on the phone for hours to their premium rate number sending umpteen emails and filling out the questionnaire on their website on countless occasion's

COWBOY COMPANY!

Absolute shambles of a company to deal with! We were due to fly out to Dubai on 06/04/2020 and obviously due to COVID-19 this will not be happening and the Foreign Office advising all UK residents of non-essential travel for 30 days.

These cowboys have only gone and emailed today saying they will charge an admin fee of £75 to process our refund with BA and it is possible we might not get our money and get vouchers instead.

This is the best bit (knowing we are all facing a financial struggle) they said it can take 14 weeks or even longer to hear anything back. NO i do not think so! I want my full refund back ASAP and not in 10 years! They are quick to take your money!

I really do hope they resolve this amicably or if so this will be dealt by my Solicitors and these foolish people can incur charges just like they had the cheek to say they will charge me £75 to process the refund for us which might not even happen!

I won't let this go so i suggest you sort it! My booking ref is VCF8D8B7

Massive regrets, will never use an OTA again

My airline rescheduled my flights, making them impossible for me to take, and Emailflights didn't even notice. They said they would contact the airline and find out what the alternatives were, but I got hold of the airline before Emailflights did, and the airline suggested that, because of Covid, i cancel with a full refund and rebook with a different airline. Emailflights then wanted a £75.00 cancellation fee off me! It's now been almost 8 weeks and I've still yet to receive my flight refund. I sent an email last week that has gone unacknowledged and now I've been on hold, to an 0871 number because they have no alternative numbers, for 40 minutes, but since they won't answer emails or tweets, I've no other way to get hold of them. I just want the refund that the airline has already issued to them, especially since it cost me more than the original flight to rebook with a different airline. And that was 8 weeks ago.

DO NOT RECOMMEND

The worst travel agency I have booked a flight through.
They are conveniently not picking up their phone during this time when we need to cancel our flights as advised by the British Foreign Office. I do not even know if they have packed up their office and left.
It is extremely frustrating as we tried to contact them in March and they told us a few times to wait until the 1st of April. 1st of April comes around and they do not pick up their phone.
In March, they said they would look into it and someone will contact us back, which never happened.
I highly recommend not to book any flights through them. Best to do it directly with the airline.

I called to cancel my business class…

I called to cancel my business class flights to Bali on the 16th March when the travel advice changed. Got through on the phone and was told a special team would deal with it and I would be contacted shortly by e mail.When I had heard nothing I called again and got the same response but again no mail. Since then I have written a number of mails but no response not even a "we are working on it e mail" Until I get a response I cannot go to my insurer or credit card.I know things must be difficult but it was easy to get through on the phone when I first contacted. Terrible experience and I don't know what to do next.
