This practice was exceptional from the start. Quick appointment. I arrived an hour early and was seen straight away. Dr. Hasnet Rasu explained what treatment was needed, showed me the X-ray and explained everything thoroughly. When finished, he showed pictures of each stage and was so friendly, helpful and empathetic. I would highly recommend this practice and I’ll definitely be going back

It was quick and easy to make an appointment. I was given a choice of locations and times. The cost was clear from the start. I had a dental emergency after a filling completely fell out, and I was able to book a same day appointment with Dr Fahad G. I’m so impressed with the experience! Not only did he see me right away, but he rebuilt my tooth so perfectly that I can’t even recognise it, it looks brand new. I’m really blown away by the quality of his work, and I’ve already decided to switch to him as my regular dentist from now on. Highly recommend🙌🏼

Booked me in dodgy dentist
Booked me in with a dentist ,( yes I chose the practice , but I CANNOT CHOOSE THE DENTIST TREATING)that robbed me and charged me extra for no good reason. They did advise me they could get me in another day with someone else. Which was not convenient. Would not refund the initial cost. Extremely poor customer service.

Our records show that the appointment was booked by you through our online booking system, where the full details of the dental practice are displayed before the booking is confirmed. We are easy to contact before making an appointment if any clarification is needed, and our team is always happy to help.
Because our appointments are for urgent dental problems, the dentist providing care can vary from day to day. For this reason the names of individual dentists are not displayed during the booking process and it is not possible to select a specific dentist online. If a patient wishes to see a particular dentist, there are several ways to contact us so that we can check this with the practice before any booking is made.
Once an appointment is confirmed, that time is reserved exclusively for you and cannot usually be offered to another patient at short notice. If a patient decides, whether on arrival or by contacting us at short notice before the appointment time, that they do not wish to see the treating dentist, the practice has still set aside surgery time and staff for that appointment.
Our emergency appointments are designed to provide assessment, relief of pain and short term stabilisation of oral health. Some more complex or definitive procedures require longer clinical time in order to be carried out safely and to a high standard. These are usually arranged as separate follow on appointments rather than being completed within an emergency time slot.
For transparency, our fee list explains which emergency treatments are covered by our fixed bands and at what level. Emerdency guarantees to refund the difference if any partner practice charges more than the amount stated for those listed procedures. Fees for any additional or non emergency treatments that fall outside these agreed bands are set directly by the dental practice and discussed between the patient and the practice.
We would never knowingly work with any practice that behaves dishonestly and we take concerns of this nature very seriously. If you would like us to review your case in more detail, please contact us directly with your booking reference so that we can look into this further for you.

I had a cracked broken tooth that was giving me plenty of pain. Typical of me I left it and left it until it got too much. (always busy)
I took the decision to see a dentist near where I work as it was all round easier for me.
I did a google search and found this one just 5 mins from my work. I made an appointment online for that very same afternoon, which surprised me, I thought there would be a couple of days wait.
Once I made the booking a receptionist called and asked if I could go a little earlier which I could and did.
Got there and all the staff were very pleasant and friendly. I had to wait about 5-6 mins and I was in the chair. Quick x-ray, assessment and an extraction, pain gone. What a relief.
All processes were explained as was the cost. Great place, great treatment I’ll definitely be back for my new patients check up with a discount, I’m going to get my wife to come too as she is in a similar position as I was.
All round great service, would definitely recommend.
