Using Emerdency was a wonderful experience. The website was simple to manoeuvre and could easily be used by anyone. The booking process was quick and easy, making it simple to get an appointment when needed. I also appreciated that they offer Klarna as a payment option. There were no hidden fees and the prices of treatment were available on the website, which is also helpful. At Ghaffar Dental Practice in Blackburn, I was provided excellent care. It was my third appointment at Derby Dental Care but it the first to actually have treatment. I am frightened to death of dentists but right from the start I was put at ease by Leah and it turned out to be the best I have ever received. Got two more appointments and am actually looking forward to them. 100% brilliant

Found Dr Ali via Emerdency when I had severe toothache. Dr Ali was very professional & knowledgeable, he put my mind at rest and carried out a complicated tooth extraction. I wish he was my actual dentist.
It worked out expensive due to being an emergency appointment & not being straightforward.

Absolutely amazing service
Absolutely amazing service! Had a wisdom tooth that had a crack in it and was decayed. They got me a same day appointment and had the tooth removed straight away.

BEWARE OF THIS SERVICE!
I booked an emergency dental appointment through these charlatons. I then found another dentist who could see me on the same day rather than the following day, which is the only appointment I could book through emerdency.
I cancelled the appointment and asked for a refund, only to be told today that it was non refundable.
Absolutely DISGUSTING SERVICE and tantamount to THEFT!

You booked your appointment online at 06:36 in the morning, outside of normal practice opening hours. One of the key benefits of our service is that it allows patients to secure an emergency appointment without waiting for practices to open or making multiple calls. You also managed to book on a day when availability was very limited, which is one of the main reasons patients use our platform.
As part of the booking process, patients are required to agree to the terms and conditions before payment can be made. These terms clearly state that the online fee is non refundable. This is because once an appointment is booked, it is immediately removed from the system, preventing others in urgent need from reserving that same slot. Allowing bookings to be held while alternative options are explored would only make it harder for patients to access emergency dental care, which is already limited.
It is always disheartening to see negative feedback, but in this case the service itself was provided as intended and in line with the terms agreed at the time of booking. The positive side is that anyone reading this review will better understand our policy and hopefully avoid the same misunderstanding.
We work tirelessly to ensure we provide an excellent service, which is reflected in the many positive reviews we have received.

I was so pleased to be able to make an emergency appointment so quickly and easily via the web page. When I arrived at the dentist I was dealt with efficiently and effectively and given further advice for future care. Very good service

Life long phobia overcome!
Having had a life long phobia of dentists, but suffering awfully with a tooth that simply had to be extracted, I had to go down the emergency route. I spoke on the phone with a gentleman at 8pm at night and he reassured me not only would they get me the help and support I needed, they'd get me an appointment ASAP.
I was overwhelmed with how many appointments there were available, it was almost too much to choose from - from afternoon to late evening appointments. Very nice to see such a service offering such a breadth of choice that suited me best.
Booked a consultation and an extraction with them, they helped me every step of the way. Thanks to Emerdency, not only am I now free of pain, I've conquered a phobia 37 years in the making.
