This company scam my business and now all the unhappy customer write a bad review to my page ! I report them to Google and now wait , hopefully they no gonna be anymore on this bussines ! Also I report and them email what using to scam my bussines! I didn’t know until I didn’t see 1 star reviews on my page the job made it Cardiff and my business is based on Luton and couple of mile around Luton!
Instantjob24. Charge double what they pay the engineers and treat them badly. They are ripping people off and the nature of the business is illegal as they are ment to have engineers of their own.

My daughter booked a job last night sat evening for a job Monday with Instant job 24 whom these are in partnership with. At 8am today she cancelled the job as no longer needed and straight away told to pay £50 otherwise the engineer will come tomorrow and take £150 off her saying they’ve lost lots of jobs (it was only to turn the gas off). He then WhatsApp her saying the same thing that she needs to pay now or else someone will be round tomorrow.
If this company associates itself with Instantjob24 then do not use. Absolutely disgusting service threatening her, would they if it were a male that made the booking.
I contacted them because i had a leak on the sink and also it was blocked , i called them and the guy that came was very professional and it took only 30 minutes for him to be here ,, It was affordable above all .
