**Update**
Changed my review to 5 stars after receiving exemplary customer service. They've gone above and beyond to fix my problem, apologise for the initial confusion and service, and to make sure I was happy. I said I would come back and amend the review if they followed through on their offer and they absolutely have.
I had initially written a 1 star review based on my experience. To cut a long story short, I received my car back from them with a fault it didn't previously have and was told I would be charged extra to then have it investigated. It was a really poor experience and not one that reflects my usual experience with EMG.
I later received a call from the after sales manager, Matt, who was very apologetic and was looking to make things right. He offered to come and collect the car from home to help me out, so I wouldn't have to travel and could keep working from home. They took it in, diagnosed and fixed the issue and waived any costs involved. In Matt's own words they'd "much rather pay the costs themselves if it means keeping a customer happy". They also valeted the car inside and out, simply as a courtesy - that was a very much appreciated extra.
I've been a customer for a long time with EMG and I must say that my initial treatment seemed very out of character for them. The extent they've gone to to try and resolve the issue (and then make up for it further) is very impressive. Thank you, Matt in particular, for all of your effort. I really couldn't ask for any more and can see how much trouble you've gone to to make this right. I now have a sparkling clean, fully working car and am very happy.
Yes, I will definitely be back now as a returning customer.

Terrible, would never deal with them again. Lied to by salesman on 2 occasions regarding the specifications of the vehicle. After collecting the car there were issues with the car which I was told to put right at any garage as the warranty would cover the costs. After getting the issues seen to could have been rectified pre sale, it turns out that their mickey mouse warranty does not cover issues caused by their ineptness. I’ve now got a bill to pay for out of my own pocket to which EMG are not interested in covering. Shoddy workmanship in prepping the car for collection and a sales person who will happily lie to make a sale, keep clear!

I decided to sell my car at the age of 84, as I don't particularly enjoy driving anymore. I'm used to cut and thrust many years ago, but, the quality of driving had really worsened/
I visited my local branch in Huntingdon, negotiated a fait price beneficial to both. The manager Marshall managed to arrange a swift bank to bank transfer which, I appreciated 5 stars
