Easy to deal with & willing to go the extra mile for customers. Ash & Marshall were friendly and arranged for our chosen car to be transferred to the branch within hours for us to view. They offered a very acceptable deal and even threw in delivery to our home as part of the deal. They dealt with a couple of small requests we made cheerfully and promptly & delivered the car three days later. We have used them before and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.

I'd recommend EMG Huntingdon to a friend because of the friendliness and non-pushy attitude and technique used by the staff. If I wanted information or advice they were happy to help but not in an intrusive way or in a way that made the purchase feel like an obligation.

Communication was prompt, when I asked for a video walk round of the vehicle. Sales team were polite and efficient. Only thing was I had to wait for the vehicle to be valeted when I had arranged a collection time.

Make sure you check your car before you leave and if anything needs be done before you go and pay if they promise anything to be fixed do not pay until is done after you pay they won’t do anything! Making all sorts of excuses not to pay an awful to deal with them after you pay ignoring you and your emails never buying anything from them again! 0⭐️

Staff were V-helpful. I told them what I required, and my price range, and they made some recommendations. I made a choice...I thought the price was reasonable, as was the trade-in offer on my old car. The purchased Kia sportage is nice; easy to drive with a generous carrying capacity. Just the job.

Absolute clowns. We had a Monday 9am while you wait appointment booked for a manufacturing recall fix at the Bury St Edmunds branch.
All our correspondence had the details of while you wait but when my wife turned up she was told they weren't aware of it being a while you wait appointment and she'd have to leave the car all day. This isn't acceptable to us as we have a 7 month old child and need the car.
We only had the appointment due to a manufacturing recall and we won't be using these incompetent fools again as we value our time.

From the moment I said ‘hello’ I felt I was in the right garage to buy a car. I was only looking and had another garage to visit but in the end, I liked what I saw and it fulfilled my specification. I had already done some research and knew a little bit but of course, a lot I didn’t know. Michael Mulligan was professional and helpful as well as ensuring we knew exactly what was on offer. This is our first experience of an electric car so feels a ‘soft’ approach which is great. We went for a drive yesterday; I’ve gone from ‘I’ to ‘we’ as it’s clear my husband is as keen as me to drive the new Kia Niro.

Had a problem with my Kia, and my local Kia dealer (not EMG) couldn’t get me in until December. I found EMG by chance when phoning round for a Kia garage with earlier availability.
The Cambridge branch had next day availability. Took the car up expecting to leave it with them for a few days. So I was pleasantly surprised to get a call the same day to let me know they’d taken a look, simple fix, they’d had the part in stock so gone ahead and done it under warranty, and I could get my car back.

The bumper was resprayed but is still the wrong colour. EMG carried out the respray and are refusing to correct it. They claim the mismatch is due to the material it was sprayed on (which I understand), but the colour difference is significant — not just a slight variation.
