Delivery took far longer than expected, communication was slow, and every response felt like a copy-and-paste apology instead of an actual resolution. The quality is absolutely rubbish and nowhere near what was expected.

I tried to cancel before the item was even shipped, yet there was no effort made on their end to assist or stop the order from being sent anyway. I was then expected to cover return shipping costs for an issue I had already tried to resolve early on.

After days of waiting, repeated follow-ups, and being told my case would be “escalated,” I’m still chasing a proper outcome. Customer service has been exhausting to deal with and the overall handling of this situation has been extremely poor.

I will not be purchasing from this store again.

They ran out of the item I purchased then are refusing to issue me my refund. Don’t get the added insurance either it’s useless. I have asked for my refund 5 times and each time they send me a counter offer for store credit and a discount. It feels like fraud at this point DO NOT buy from here. I’ve been going back and forth for 8 days now and they are still holding my refund hostage - despicable!

DO NOT BUY FROM THESE FAKES!! Very disappointed with this purchase. The dress I received looked nothing like the pictures advertised. The sleeves were not elbow length as shown, the fabric quality was very poor, and the dress had none of the structured look suggested online. Overall, it felt cheaply made and badly constructed.
Delivery was also much slower than expected despite reviews claiming “fast delivery”. I got replies from the company offering me ridiculous 10% back and I didn’t need to send back when I turned it down they responded with 25% I said no and went straight to PayPal and fortunately for me PAYPAL FOUND IN MY FAVOUR AND REFUNDED ME!!! This company is a fake and a scam!!

Darn...I wish I had read these reviews before ordering!! I find my experience mirrored in all these. This whole business may be a scam! I paid for a dress, got charged for the dress and insurance I didn't not click on, received a CHEAPER dress, and asked for the right dress or at least a full refund and I would ship the wrong dress back. AFTER EMAILS BACK AND FORTH FOR OVER A WEEK, all they are offering me is a 15% discount on my next order. I would never order again. Feels totally deceptive. As others have said, DO NOT USE THIS BUSINESS!!

Bought a lace long sleeve bodysuit. Took ages to arrive. The biggest issue is that it is the tiniest fit and I cannot emphasise how tiny. I’m an Aus 8-10 in tops and this would have to be the equivalent of a 4. Also had a hole in the lace. Reading other reviews and considering how long it took to get here I’m worried I’ve wasted my money and they won’t return it. Will try though.

Ordered two dresses in two different sizes for a wedding last weekend, they arrived today. I didnt even take out if the bag i could see bad quality like paper £45 each were £90 each. I am usually really careful where i buy didnt realise not uk. I did pay on my credit card so ive requested to return tonight. If they dont i shall get credit card company involved

Just received my order. Very poor quality.
Sent email from their website so I did and then I received a message that email address not found. Don’t order from this company. Items don’t look anything like their website.

I ordered a jacket 4XL which arrived quickly but was absolutely too small for a 4XL. I have contacted the company 5 times now for the best way to return the item (30 day returns). I need the correct address. Now they say I have to send to the Netherlands at my cost. They keep offering options none of which I want. I want to return the item and get a full refund. Latest offer was 15% and keep the item that doesn't fit! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I shall be reporting them to ACCC today. I think they are stalling to negate the return time window. There are many other poor reviews of this site.

I feel totally ripped off by them. I ordered a swimsuit on 14 April. I had problems with the checkout on the website. On my first try the payment didn't seem to go through, but when I tried a different method it worked. However, it turned out that I had paid twice. Despite 8 emails and assurances that this would be resolved, I'm still waiting for my refund on the overcharge.

Item arrived completely different from advertised on website. Awful quality and fabric. Company advertised as "Melbourne based" but insist for refund you wear the cost of overseas shipping which they then note that customers find too expensive and opt for a % refund. After 25 emails it got to 35% refund. All emails appear written by AI and no accountability taken for falsely advertising a Melbourne based business when in fact their "distribution" centre is overseas and nothing can be returned in Australia. Probably the most appalling business i have ever dealt with.

These shirts are nothing like the pictures and the material is appalling, terrible quality , it sticks to everything.
They ignore refund requests and then only offer 30.% which is not what the policy says on the website.
This website is definitely a scam - please steer clear I’ve lost $150 😭

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The dress I ordered was extremely poor quality, did not resemble the picture on the website in the least and was about 8 inches shorter than described. The refund process is impossible. Returns are now directed to the USA with extra charges. I have been continually offered discount codes and yet why would I want to buy another item of clothing from this company?

Longer than expected delivery was perhaps due to despatchingSale orders.
I am disappointed to discover both garments are made of polyester ( not disclosed in the details), and are made in China. The phone contact is the Netherlands!!
The jump suit is difficult to get in/ out of, fortunately I chose 10, not my usual 8.
Short sleeve blouse is colourful but being polyester, it won't be as comfortable or sustainable as natural fibres.
I am nervous about asking for refund!

Well, I wish I'd read these reviews before purchasing my item.
Firstly, the site is deliberately misleading re delivery dates. It promises delivery within a few days but was actually weeks.
I was horrified to see the item which had looked so nice and classy on the website: it was a cheap , nasty fabric and the sizing was wrong.
I need to return it for a refund but have discovered that I am expected to meet the cost of its return. Absolute scam.

A scam from beginning to end. Terrible quality. Trading standards will be informed. Website says free returns no questions asked. It means lots of questions and customers make full payment for return to china. They take so long over avoiding giving a returns label that eventually the time of 30 days expires and you can’t return. £165 has just been put in the bin. The dress was not even fit to donate to the charity shop.

Should have read the reviews unfortunately before being taken in.

Sizing is incorrect. I ordered a 3XL which I received however the garment would fit someone no bigger than a size 20. Refunds I am told are costly due to them being sent internationally, so was offered a 15% refund and to keep garments.

This company is a scam - product advertised is nothing like what you receive and they refuse to provide a refund. Do not purchase from them - have reported them to scamwatch

If I could give them a 0 star I would. The WORST experience EVER. I purchased a midi satin skirt in a 2XL. The skirt that arrived was the cheapest see-through satin fabric, had stains, and was approx a size S. There was no label on the inside of the skirt indicating either size, or even fabric type and care instructions attached. The website says no questions asked returns, but this is not the case. 20 email exchanges later and they made all the excuses in the world to not give me a refund. Honestly or I would stay right away from this site. The name Emilia Melbourne, and photos of Melbourne city insinuate they are a Melbourne based company, they are not, they are from China. Buyer beware.
