SCAM!! I ordered a top, when it arrived nothing like the picture, I paid £41 for it and I would say not even worth £5, looked very cheap. I emailed them to ask for a refund form ,got an email back saying I could keep it and they offered me 15% discount on my next order which I refused, they then offered me 25% discount on my next purchase. I told them I just wanted refund. After the 3rd email I finally got a refund form but was told I had to pay for postage to China which was between £15 - £20 and it could take about 30 days to get back to them and another 30 days to get my refund so they suggested it would be better for me if I accepted 45% discount from my next purchase and keep my top. They make it impossible to do a return. I just wish I had read all the reviews before I ordered from them.

Absolute SCAM - do not buy from here - cheap Shein clothes advertised at exorbitant prices - you won't get a refund on anything!

This is a fraudulent business! Total SCAM!! I ordered a dress that looked nothing like the advertisement and was of the poorest quality and the size was too small. I requested a return form three times and was told that they would just send me a bigger size. That is not what I wanted. Due to the poor quality for the price point I paid Iwanted a full refund and was never sent a form. The dresses are straight out of a sweatshop, and I paid $223.00. Not worth twenty dollars.

Scam. Scam. Scam. Scam. Scam. DO NOT ORDER from these guys. You will never get your order and when you ask where it is (5 times) you get the 'we are not responsible for it when it is with the courier' etc.. and the tracking details on your order never work and they are a fraudulent business.

If you ever want to see what you purchased, don’t order from here. Illegally and falsely advertised as Melbourne based in Australia. Actually based in China. Reported to the ACCC for false advertising and illegal trading

I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED WITH THIS WEBSITE I ORDERED THE COAT BUT THE COAT DID NOT MATCH WITH THE PHOTO IN THEIR ADVERTISED! The quality of the coat was like it’s from sheins 🤬 I ask for refund but they said they apologised and offer for a fucken %15 discount!

Scamer! Do NOT Use this company! AI photoshop pictures of the product, very poor quality! Advertised as Melbourne retailer. Products from Hong Kong and you have to send products back overseas at your own costs , which seller quoted $64 to send back! If I could put zero stars I would.

Disappointed with this purchase. The jacket looks significantly different from the product photos. The quality feels cheap for the price point, and the fit and style are nothing like what was advertised. Returning it has also been a frustrating experience, with discount vouchers and store credit offered instead of a straightforward refund. Would not shop here again.

Wish I never bothered to buy from this site, they pretend they are located in Melbourne and it all comes from China.
The quality is terrible and they dont reply to your emails asking to obtain a returns form.

This company is a scam. Do not buy from them. The quality of the item I bought it’s nothing like what was represented. they will not provide a return address. There’s been a terrible back-and-forth with emails offering 10% 20% etc etc. They represent themselves as an Australian company but they’re not. They’re not even worth one star.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!! They're scammers! The $90 dress took a month to receive, and when it finally arrived it was horrible and looked nothing like the pic. The fabric was incredibly cheap, it was like the fabric cheap Halloween costumes are made from. The website said it would be delivered by FedEx express which was a complete lie. It was sent from China by some delivery company I've never heard of, and when it finally arrived in the USA it was then delivered by regular USPS. When I emailed the company (the email they provided) to request a return form, I discovered that email is no longer valid. So I guess I just wasted that $90.

Very disappointing experience. The quality of the item is extremely poor and nothing like what I expected from the product photos. The material feels cheap, and the item has a strong chemical smell, which made me uncomfortable using or wearing it.

The return/refund process has also been very frustrating. I requested a return, but the seller has not provided clear instructions or a proper step-by-step process, while still referring to a strict 30-day return window.

I also have concerns that the product images used on the website may not accurately represent the actual items being sold. Based on what I received, the photos appear misleading compared with the quality of the real product.

Ordered a knitted top about $70 that looked great in the photo but it arrived today and it was cheap polyester and not like the image I ordered from. Worth about $12.00 in my opinion and I'm extremely disappointed. Wish I checked this out before ordering. Since ordering I've had offers to act fast and buy more discounted garments. I didn't and I won't buy anything of them again. Delivery took a couple of weeks where offers kept appearing in my email. I feel ripped off.

I had a very disappointing experience with Emilia Rose. The product I received was extremely poor quality: thin, see-through polyester that did not match the images or description online. The colour was also noticeably different from what was advertised.

The brand presents itself as an Australian boutique, however this does not align with the product quality, shipping process, or overall experience. It strongly appears that the item was sourced from a low-cost overseas supplier and shipped via a third-party fulfilment service, which was not made clear at the time of purchase.

For the price charged (over $100), this is completely unacceptable. The product does not meet reasonable expectations of quality or accuracy of description.

Based on my experience, I would strongly caution others before purchasing.

Absolute scam. Dress was nothing like the picture online (wasn’t even trying to be - the online version was floor length and rust orange. The version I received was mid calf and coral colour) and return shipping fees means it’s not feasible to send it back. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE

Purchase was easy. Shipping was delayed. I purchased a blazer. Sizing was accurate. But the product is cheap and badly made. The material is thin and shiny with interfacing clearly visible even when wearing. No lining or any attempt to present hide stitching. The sleeves are not matching, one seam is wider and bunches at the shoulder. A stain on a sleeve. Looks like a $2 item of clothing. All I can say is .... buyer beware!

It's a con. Not a boutique in Melbourne Australia with 2-6 day delivery. You order then realise its being sent from China and it takes weeks to get to you. Item won't be how it was pictured or advertised. It however will be a nasty badly made version.. mine stated embroidered details on dress but what I got is a bad printed ugly version. Amazingly.. it's even worse than temu. At least temu is cheap!
