The wood was chipped on one of the shelves, not a big piece but still annoying. Maybe send a better packaging as the package arrived without any cardboxing and padding, just the box and the protection inside the box was insufficient.

I never received the item.
I informed the customer care but, they don't know where is the item.
The only positive aspect is they refund me.
What does mean "is beyond our control"? Please don't sell online if you cannot ensure/control the products arrive to the customers
