Quick & easy to deal with
I was very happy how you got everything ready and going quickly. I am happy with the product I purchased. The only negative side was the plugs that were on the Christmas guirlande that I ordered were not conform to the country I live in and I had to buy adapters but that wasn't too much of an issue. My lights are up twinkling on my balcony.

Very bad quality for high price
The product arrived was very dirty. I had the impression that it had already been used. While the idea is nice, it is of bad quality, not stable and the price of CHF 199 asked for it is exagerated. I expected a much higher quality for that high price. This is why I am disappointed about this product.

Very professional and speed delivery although sometimes items arrive slightly broken and you need to fix them with silicone. As far as returning items are concerned, Eminza staff are extremely helpful and they their best to get reimbursed.
